I 摘要 根据国务院关于投资体制改革的决定要求,对使用政府性资金投资建设的项目, 实行工程项目可行性研究审批制。城市道路的投资属于典型的政府投资基础设施建设 项目。由于城市道路的建设方案的提出相比较公路建设项目要复杂,面临的交通方式 较多,交通预测与城市发展规划有关,简单套用公路工程建设项目的交通预测方案来 规划建设方案不太合适。本文以狮山路改造工程为研究对象,依据对项目的城市规划 和交通现状的调查研究基础上,分析论证项目建设的功能定位和必要性;通过交通量 分析与预测,得出符合交通需求对应的建设标准。结合现场实际情况,对工程建设条 件和现状进行评价,分析可能的工程建设方案,从技术、建设条件、费用效益等方面 进行初步比选论证,从而推荐比较合理的建设方案。 通过进行项目可行性研究,该项目技术上可行、经济上合理,并为下阶段工作提 供指导。 关键词:城市道路,改造工程,可行性研究,工程方案苏州科技大学硕士报告 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT According to the decision of the State Council on the reform of investment system, the use of government funds to invest in the construction of the project, the implementation of the project feasibility study and approval system. Investment in urban road is a typical government investment in infrastructure projects. The proposed construction scheme of city road compared to the highway construction project should be more complex, facing traffic, traffic prediction and city development planning, simply apply the highway engineering construction project traffic prediction scheme is not suitable to the planning and construction scheme. In this paper, based on the investigation and research of the urban planning and traffic status of the project, the project is based on the investigation of the urban planning and traffic status of the project,The feasibility study on project is an important part of the preliminary work of engineering construction, and it’s also the main basis of the decision on project. This thesis is based on the study of the project about shishan road. We analyzed and demonstrated the functional positioning and the necessity of the project construction through the study of development planning. And we concluded standards of construction which meet the traffic demands on the basis of the analysis and forecast of the traffic volume. According to surveys about the project, we focused on the research of current situation of construction engineering conditions, analysed possible engineering construction plans and conducted preliminary comparison and demonstration from technology, construction conditions, the cost and benefit and other aspects. Then we recommended reasonable construction scheme. Based on the feasibility study on the project and the evaluation results, the project is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy. And it will provide guidance for the next phase of work.
