I 摘要 220kV 七台河变电站综合自动化改造项目可行性研究 电力系统综合自动化改造项目一般投资较大、工程建设周期较长,工程项目成功 与否大部分取决于可行性研究的成败,而是否可行的主要依据是通过可行性研究对项 目进行较为科学的分析和判断。所以电力系统综合自动化改造项目的可行性研究评价, 就显得十分必要。本文分别从技术、经济和社会效益等三个方面,对 220kV 七台河变 电站综合自动化改造项目的可行性进行了综合评价。 220kV 变电站是我国地市普遍应用的电力系统供电模式,具有较高的实用性和代表 性,所以经过此项目的研究就可以基本了解我国目前 220kV 变电站二次系统组成和基 本结构及其先进的自动化技术。本次可行性设计中,首先对 220kV 七台河变电站基本 情况进行介绍,主要针对二次系统目前的现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出对 220kV 七台河变电站进行综合自动化改造研究的意义,通过改造会达到一个怎样的目的进行 论述。其次针对改造提出两种改造技术方案,并针对两种改造技术方案分别进行论证, 最终确定一最佳改造方案。然后通过经济分析与环境评价以及改造过程中的安全技术 管理等方面进行论述,从而提出 220kV 七台河变电站综合自动化改造可行性设计方案, 研究结果表明本工程项目可行。 关键词: 关键词:综合自动化,改造,可行性研究 Abstract III Abstract The Feasibility Study of the 220kv Qitaihe Substation Integrated Automation Reconstruction Project The general investment is large, the construction cycle long integrated automation reconstruction project of power system, project success depends largely on the success or failure of the feasibility study, and the main basis is feasible is to analyze and judge the scientific of the project through feasibility studies. This paper from the three aspects of technology, economy and social benefit, the comprehensive evaluation on the feasibility of 220kV Qitaihe substation comprehensive automation retrofit project of. 220kV substation power system models have been used in our country city, practical and representative has high, so after the research of this project can be a basic understanding of China's current two 220kV substation system composition and basic structure and advanced automation technology. The feasibility of the design, the basic situation of 220kV Qitaihe substation are introduced, mainly based on the current situation and existing problems of the two systems are analyzed, the comprehensive automation retrofit of the significance of the study on the 220kV Qitaihe substation, through the transformation will reach a purpose discusses how. Secondly, put forward two kinds of technical transformation scheme for reconstruction, and for the two kinds of technical transformation scheme demonstrate, ultimately determine the optimal scheme. Then, through the economic analysis and environmental evaluation and transformation process of safety management and other aspects discussed, and puts forward the 220kV Qitaihe substation comprehensive automation retrofit design is feasible, the results show that the project is feasible.
