摘要 本报告旨在深入了解职业体育环境,探索改善体育环境的可能性。作者坚信这一 理念,而且一旦能获取到相关资源,便会立即开始实施。 作者认为,精英运动的某些方面毫无效果,它们在经济实力强劲的组织之间造成 了巨大的不平等。在充满竞争的职业体育领域努力奋斗的运动员之间也存在着巨大鸿 沟。 本文将重点介绍低级别联赛中球员的组建。大致构思是针对负担不起创一流所需 的基础设施、物资和教练的队伍创建一个组织。目标队伍主要在 LEB Oro 或 Plata 级,它们的级别低于 ACB。LEB 级队伍的经济能力正在逐渐下降。 本项目将帮助职业队伍了解管理缺乏有效性造成的后果。通过提供正确和个性化 的服务,可以减少甚至避免某些流程花费的时间和成本。 作者旨在通过本项目,增加人们对不同级别(而不是甲级)运动的兴趣,将其视 作充满趣味的娱乐性活动。提高全球主要球员的技能水平同时也能提高运动的竞争水 平。球队能呈现更好的表现,从而增加球迷的数量,增加经济收入。 关键词,篮球;组建;定制;个性化;商业模式;合作III Abstract The aim of this report is the deep overview of the professional sport environment and the possibilities it has for improvement. This will be the beginning of an idea in which I firmly believe and will carry out as long as I have the resources to initiate it. In my opinion there are certain aspects within the elite sports which are simply not efficient at all. The collection of them lead to the huge inequalities among the wealthiest organizations and those which has to fight for every euro to be able to survive in this competitive environment. In this paper I will be focused on the formation of the players in lower leagues. The idea is to create an organization able to satisfy the needs of those teams which are not able to afford the infrastructure, material and coaches needed to be at the top of the rankings. These teams are mostly and mainly teams in the LEB Oro or Plata divisions, which are lower than the ACB. Teams in LEB divisions are gradually decreasing their economic capacity. This project will allow the professional teams to take a breath in regards of the cost of a management that is not always efficient. The time and cost of certain processes could be reduced or even avoided by the delivery of an appropriate and personalized service. With this project I aim to contribute (as long as it is possible) to increase the interest of the people in this sport in different levels (not the first division) as an entertaining show. By improving the skills of the main actors of this world, the players, the level of the competition will increase at the same time. The teams will be able to offer a better show, what will increase the amount of fans and of course the wealth of the foresaid teams.
