近年来,随着改革开放的不断深入和能源建设行业法律法规的不断完善, CNG 汽车数量持续增长,加气站的建设也进入了突飞猛进的时代。据近 20 年 统计数据表明,世界天然气的消耗大致以每年 2%~3%的速度递增,在当今世 界能源消费结构中达到 24%,是继煤和石油之后的第三大能源。天然气加气站 必然会成为未来国家改变能源结构和改善居民生活环境的主要手段,建设汽车 CNG 加气站,能对合理利用能源,改善城市环境有很大的作用。随着太原市 CNG 汽车加气站的建设和投产,将会大大的促进太原市天然气汽车的发展,在 改善市城市环境、提高城市品味上都具有十分重大的意义。 本文以可行性研究的相关理论作为研究基础,以山西国电科莱化章街天然 气加气站作为可行性研究对象,基于太原市 CNG 加气站的建设背景,在实地 调研的基础上,提出加气站建设的必要性,通过分析加气站的建设概况、设备 选择及工艺流程技术,从项目行业准入角度、资源利用及土地合理利用情况、 节能方案、环境和生态影响以及经济效益、社会影响等方面对项目建设的可行 性进行全面系统的分析,得出加气站建设可行的结论,以期能为加气站项目建 设决策提供一定的帮助。 关键词,CNG 加气站,建设项目,可行性研究III ABSTRACT In recent years, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, energy construction industry laws and regulations continue to improve, the number of CNG cars continued to grow and the construction of filling stations has entered a period of rapid development. According to nearly 20 years of statistical data show that the world's natural gas consumption is roughly 2% to 3% of the annual rate of increase in the world's energy consumption structure to reach 24%. It is the second coal and oil after the third major energy. Natural gas station will become the main means to change the future energy structure and improve the living environment of the residents, so the construction of CNG filling stations in the rational use of energy has a great effect to improve the city environment. With the construction and operation of Taiyuan CNG automobile filling station, it will greatly promote the development of natural gas vehicles in Taiyuan City, and it is of great significance to improve the urban environment and improve the taste of the city. Based on the theory of the feasibility study as the research base, the research object is the natural gas filling stations project of Huazhang Street in Shanxi. The background of the construction of CNG filling station in Taiyuan city is the basis of the investigation, and the necessity of gas station construction is studied through the analysis of the construction of stations, including equipment selection and survey process technology, industry access from the project perspective, resource utilization and rational use of land, energy saving plan, environmental and ecological impact and economic benefits, social impacts and other aspects of the construction of the project feasibility analysis of whole system. We hope this feasibility study could provide suggestion to other gas station construction project.
