长春市装配式建筑产业园区管理有限公司发展战略研究
改革开放至今，我国历经了近30年的经济飞速增长时期，在科技与创新不
断更新迭代的大背景下，全国各地为了发挥产业资源的集聚效应，逐步建立起
诸多的产业园区，由于国家和地方政府在政策、税收等诸多层面给予了产业园
区大力的支持，许多科技创新产业园区取得了十分可观的成就，但一部分产业
园区也存在运营不善、发展动能不足的问题
就产业园区而言，其仅仅是作为一个产业集聚的空间区域，而真正在其中
起到开发、招商、管理及日常运营职能的是各个园区的管理公司。因此，制定
适宜产业园区管理公司的发展战略，同时抓住国家经济发展机遇，顺应产业发

本文依托长春市装配式建筑产业园区为样板，以长春市装配式建筑产业园

掘出其发展的战略路径，在促进其进一步发展壮大的同时，力求总结出一系列
科技创新产业园区管理公司在发展战略研究过程中的客观规律
