ABSTRCT^
Informationoverloadandtherapidchangesoforganizational
environmentleadtoindividualemotionalfluctuationsinthedailylifeand
work.Organizationalmembers,especiallysubordinates,inevitably
producenegativeemotionssuchasimpetuosityandanxiety.These
negativeemotionsnotonlyseriouslyaffecttheworkstatusofemployees

developmentofenterprises.Therefore,howtostimulateemployee'svoice
behaviorandpromoteemployeestoactivelyexpresstheirviewsonthe
statusquooftheorganizationhasbeenthefocus.Thisstudysuggeststhat
leadershelpsubordinatesadjusttheirnegativeemotions,whichcan
motivateemployeestomakesuggestionsforthedevelopmentofthe
organization.
Asfortheinfluencingfactorsandgeneratingmechanismofvoice,
scholarsathomeandabroadhaveconductedin-depthresearchand
discussion,Mostofwhichfocusontheimpactofleadershipbehavioron
employees’voicebehavior.However,thesestudiesignoretheinfluence

behavior,academiccircleshavenotbeendeeplystudiedanddiscussedhow
interpersonalemotionmanagementbehavioraffectvoicebehavior,the
blackboxofinfluencemechanismofleadershipinterpersonalemotion
managementonemployeevoicebehaviorlimitsthemoredeeply
understandingandimplementofacademiccirclesonvoicebehavior.
Therefore,itisnecessaryforustostudytherelationshipbetweenleader
interpersonalemotionmanagementandvoicebehavior.
Thisstudyattemptstoexplorethemechanismofleadership
interpersonalemotionmanagementonemployeevoicebehaviorbasedon
socialexchangeandattributiontheoryinChineseculturalbackground,and
buildaresearchmodel,whichincludestrustinleaderasanintermediary,
employee,powerdistanceasmoderatevariable,andputsforwardsome
relevantresearchhypotheses.Firstofall,theexistingstudies^ofleader
interpersonalemotionalmanagement,trust,employeevoicebehavior,
powerdistancearereviewed;secondly,researchhypothesisispresented
basedonliteraturereview;thenweusedSPSS21.0andAmos17.0to
conductstatisticalanalysison314questionnairestoverifytheproposed
thehypothesis;finally,theresearchresultswerediscussedandputforward
theprospect.Theresearchdrawsthefollowingconclusions:
(1)Leaderinterpersonalemotionalmanagementispositivelyrelated
toemployeevoicebehavior.
(2)Leadershipinterpersonalemotionalmanagementispositively

higher,themediatingeffectofemployee'strustinleaderisstronger.
