摘要
产学研协同创新作为技术创新的重要模式，目前已经在我国许多企业与高校之间
实现了平台建设，较好的促进了企业的技术提升。同时为了进一步提升平台的协同效
果和创新效能，还需要不断健全产学研协同创新体制、机制以及各种维护标准。因此，
在当前的信息化背景下，对于企业尤其是信息化企业而言，产学研协同创新方面还有
很多值得研究的地方
本文首先在产学研协同创新相关理论研究的基础上，以A公司产学研协同创新为
例，对其发展现状进行了分析。通过分析A公司产学研协同创新现状，结合问卷调查
指出了其创新发展过程中存在的若干问题，包括产学研协同创新体系中企业主导地位
不够突出，企业管理层对于产学研协同认识有待提升，产学研成果保护和利益分配机
制需要完善以及知识管理协同机制建设不完善等。同时，对问题产生的原因进行了分
析。其次，针对存在的问题，提出了A公司产学研协同创新对策，包括加强A公司
在产学研体系中的主导作用，从市场需求角度出发加强与高校的合作，通过资源合理
配置促进A公司与高校联盟发展；提高企业管理层对于产学研协同创新的重视，加强
公司产学研协同创新制度建设，完善企业产学研人才的培养管理；建立健全产学研成
果的保护体系，保证产学研成果的转移和共享，建立完善的产学研成果保护制度以及
完善产学研合作共享机制的建设，加强合作主体之间的成果共享，完善知识产权成果
承接机制等等。实践证明，通过产学研协同创新对策的应用，A公司在创新成果数量、
企业收入及利润水平以及企业与高校的协同创新共享成果方面都有了较好的提升。为
进一步做好企业产学研协同创新体系建设和政府制定相关政策提供了有益启示

ABSTRACT
Industry university research collaborative innovation as an important model of
technological innovation, has already achieved a platform construction between many
enterprises and universities in China, and better promoted the technical upgrading of
enterprises. At the same time, in order to further enhance the synergy effect and innovation
efficiency of the platform, it is necessary to constantly improve the collaborative innovation
system, mechanism and various maintenance standards. Therefore, in the current context of
information, for enterprises, especially the information industry, there are many places
worth studying in the collaborative innovation of industry, University and research.
In this paper, firstly, based on the related theories of industry university research
collaborative innovation, taking the collaborative innovation of A company as an example,
the development status of Industry University Research Institute collaborative innovation is
analyzed. Through the analysis of A's collaborative innovation and research status,
combined with questionnaire survey and points out some problems existing in the
innovation and development process, including research collaborative innovation system of
enterprise dominant position is not prominent, corporate management for collaborative
awareness needs to be improved, research achievements of protection and benefit
distribution mechanism needs to be improved and the collaborative knowledge
management mechanism construction perfect. Secondly, aiming at the existing problems,
proposes A's collaborative innovation countermeasures, including strengthening the leading
role of A in the production system, in order to strengthen cooperation with universities
from the perspective of market demand, through the rational allocation of resources to
promote the development of A company and the University Union; improve enterprise
management for collaborative innovation and research attention, strengthen the company
research collaborative innovation system construction, improve the management of
enterprise culture research talents; establishing and perfecting protection system of research
results, to ensure the transfer of research results and sharing, to establish and perfect the
research results to improve the construction of protection system and cooperative sharing
mechanism, strengthen cooperation between the main results sharing, improve the
mechanism of intellectual property rights and undertake. Practice has proved that through
the application of collaborative innovation strategy, the number of innovation achievements
are promoted, as well as the enterprise income and profit levels. It provides beneficial
enlightenment for the further construction of enterprise university research collaborative
innovation system .。
