随着中国市场经济规模的扩大和市场化进程的逐渐深化，业务外包已经成为提升
企业核心竞争力最为重要的一部分。电视机制造工厂实施主板外包战略，可以利用外
部的资源，可以帮助企业锁定战略目标，并提升企业附加价值，增强企业的市场竞争
力
本文对供应链管理理论、匹配理论、外包理论与方法进行了梳理，为全文打下结
实的理论基础；其次，结合R公司的发展历程、业务状况及整体发展战略，对R公司
的主板外包现状进行分析，发现 R公司存在流程控制、供应商选择等问题，并分析
了产生这些问题的原因；然后，运用SWOT、直接成本法对公司实施主板外包战略的
优势、劣势、所面对的机会与威胁进行分析，对公司实施主板外包策略进行必要性分
析后，对R公司现有主板外包管理的措施进行现状分析并给出对策；最后，为保障R
公司战略目标的实现，提出了优化项目管理，加强日常管理，注重风险管控等保障措
施。论文的研究对同类电视机制造工厂的外包战略制定或管理有一定借鉴意义

Abstract
With the expansion of China's market economy and the deepening of marketization
process, business outsourcing has become the most important part of enhancing the core
competitiveness of enterprises. The TV manufacturing factory implements the main board
outsourcing strategy, which can utilize the external resources to help the enterprise to lock
the strategic target and enhance the enterprise's added value and enhance the market
competitiveness of the enterprise.
In this paper, the theory of supply chain management, matching theory, outsourcing
theory and method are sorted out, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the whole
paper. Secondly, combining with the developing course of R company, the business
situation and the overall development strategy, the motherboard of R company outsourcing
present situation analysis, found that R company problems such as process control,
supplier selection, and analyzes the causes of these problems; Then, use SWOT and direct
cost method for company to carry out the strategy of motherboard outsourcing of strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing is analyzed, the company implemented the
mainboard outsourcing strategies after analyzing necessity, measures of R company
existing motherboard outsourcing management present situation analysis and
countermeasure is given; Finally, in order to guarantee the realization of the strategic goal
of R company, the paper puts forward the optimization project management, strengthens
daily management, and pays attention to the safeguard measures such as risk control. The
research of this paper has certain reference significance to the outsourcing strategy
formulation or management of similar TV manufacturing factories.
