基于消费场景的商业银行消费金融产品设计

摘要
近年来,我国经济增长方式已由投资驱动型转变为消费拉动型,未来将继续
着力推动经济内涵式发展。因此,大众消费需求呈现出多元化、个性化、娱乐化
等特点。现阶段,作为大众消费的主力军,80后和90后已接受超前消费,并将
这样的消费观念带到自己的家庭中,影响家庭成员的消费观。多样化的消费型金
融产品具有可观固定的消费群体。同时,金融互联网技术的成熟,能够安全、便
捷地为小额高频信贷服务提供技术支持和支付环境。而且,我国政府一直致力于
通过多渠道手段发展建立良好金融政策环境,例如,2016年《G20数字普惠金
融高级原则》中提出的“多模式营造普惠金融生态、降低金融服务门槛”等,进一
步推动市场金融机构发展消费金融产品,均为推动我国消费金融的良好发展奠定
了坚实的基础
本文研究商业银行消费金融产品设计,并以HX银行ZZ分行作为案例研究
对象,使用了文献综述法、数据分析法来进行研究,并以商业银行消费金融产品
设计相关理论作为本文理论基础。分析商业银行消费金融产品市场供给与需求情
况,然后指出HX银行商业银行消费金融产品设计与消费场景结合的不足,最后
提出相应的解决方法与对策。希望本研究可以起到促进商业银行消费金融产品和
消费场景结合的目的

In recent years, China's economic growth pattern has been transformed from
investment-driven to consumption-driven, and the future will continue to focus on
economic development. Therefore, the mass consumption demand presents the
characteristics of diversification, individualization and entertainment. At present, as
the main force of mass consumption, the post-80s and post-90s have accepted
advanced consumption and brought such consumption concept to their families,
affecting the consumption view of family members. Diversified consumer financial
products have a considerable fixed consumer group. At the same time, financial
Internet technology have been matured and can provide technical support and
payment environment for small and high frequency credit services. Moreover, the
Chinese government has been committed to the development of the via different
means to establish a good financial policy environment, for example, in 2016, G20
digital senior inclusive finance principle proposed multimodal modes to pursue
better financial ecology and reduce financial service, to further promote the market
development of consumer financial products, in order to promote the sound
development of China's consumer finance laid a solid foundation.
This paper studies the design of consumer financial products in commercial banks,
and takes Huaxia Bank Zhengzhou branch as a case study. It uses literature review
method and data analysis method to do research, and takes the theory of consumer
financial product design of commercial banks as the theoretical basis of this paper.
This paper analyzes the market supply and demand of commercial banks'
consumption financial products, and then points out the shortcomings of the
combination of consumer financial product design and consumption scenario of
Huaxia Bank Commercial Bank, and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions
and countermeasures. It is hoped that this study can promote the combination of
commercial banks' consumer financial products and consumption scenes.
