摘要
近年来，我国制造业发展迅速，企业规模实力和技术水平持续提升，使我国成为全
球制造大国。同时，我国制造业大而不强特征较为突出，有的企业经营管理粗放，风险
管理机制不健全，经营风险事件频发，影响企业稳健经营和可持续发展。制造企业要提
升发展质量，实现转型升级，必须建立健全经营风险防控体系，将经营损失降到最低，
并通过技术创新和管理提升获得竞争优势。BG公司是国内规模较大、综合实力较强的
专业化石油管材生产企业，随着市场竞争加剧以及内外部环境的变化，经营风险问题也
较为突出。本文以BG公司经营风险为研究对象，利用客观合理的方法对研究对象进行
风险识别、风险分析与风险评价，并结合BG公司经营管理实际，提出切实可行的风险
应对策略
本文基于对风险管理相关理论和国内外相关研究成果的研究，以全面风险管理理论
为指导，对BG公司经营风险进行了识别和分析，构建了BG公司经营风险评价指标体
系，通过层次分析法计算评价指标权重，利用模糊综合评价法，对市场营销风险等7项
主要风险因素和整体经营风险进行了量化评价，确定了风险等级；在风险识别、分析、
评价基础上，提出了BG公司加强经营风险防控的思路，从建立全面风险管理体系，制
定并实施重大经营风险防控措施等几个方面，提出了BG公司经营风险防控对策建议

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with rapid development of manufacturing industry and consistent growth
of size and strength of related enterprises and continuous advancement of technologies they
are using, China has become one of the countries with great output in manufacturing. With a
large size yet average capability, China’s manufacturing industry has unique characteristics.
Some companies, with extensive management of operations and incomplete mechanism of risk
control, incur frequent risk events in their businesses which lead to unhealthy operations and
unsustainable development. In order to improve quality of development and realize
transformation and upgrade, manufacturing companies must establish and improve their
system on control of operational risks so that losses can be minimized and strive for
competitive advantage through technological innovation and enhancement of management.
BG Company is a large manufacturer with a strong overall strength in China which specializes
in oil and gas tubes. With intensifying of competition and changes of internal and external
environments, operational risks became apparent in this company. With operational risks
facing this company as the subject, this paper, through objective and reasonable method,
identifies, analyzes, and evaluates risks confronted by the subject. It also presents a practical
risk control strategy based on actual situation in the operation and management of BG
Company.
Based on relevant theories on risk control and findings of relevant studies carried out
both at the home and abroad and under the guidance of theories on comprehensive control of
risks, this paper identifies and analyzes operational risks facing BG company. It builds a
system with evaluation metrics on operational risks facing the company and calculates and
assesses weights of various metrics through hierarchical analysis. With fuzzy synthetically
evaluation method, this paper provides quantitative evaluation on 7 major risk factors
including the risk in marketing and on overall operational risks and determines level of risks.
Through identification, analysis, and evaluation on risks, this paper provides a direction for
BG Company to enhance its prevention and control of risks and proposes suggestions in terms
of aspects such as establishing a system for comprehensively controlling risks and improving

preventive and controlling measures on major operational risks.
