根据以往公司招聘经验和文献分析,对LD校园招聘的方案进行总体改进设计,设
计出适合公司的科学可行的一套校园招聘方案。确定校园招聘总体思路为人力资
源部门规划为前提,按岗位需要招聘相关人才,运用科学的甄选手段选拔真正需
要的人才。招聘方案设计采用标准化原则、全面性原则、公平公正性原则、灵活
机动原则制定。详述LD公司校园招聘方案具体内容,构建LD公司校园招聘体系,
确定基于岗位需求分析的招聘规划,并详细介绍了招聘前期准备,确定了如何实
施的方法,提出了对LD公司校园招聘方案的实施策略与保障措施。分别从企业层
面、高校层面、用人部门等方面制定保障措施,企业组织岗前培训、实施导师制
措施确保招聘的良好效果。本文通过对LD乳品公司校园招聘方案的提出与实践,
总结出校园招聘中的问题和规律,既为企业自身的招聘工作提供改进参考,同时
为其它同类企业提供参考借鉴

Abstract
The21stcenturyisatimeoffiercecompetitionfortalents,thedevelopmentofthe
enterpriseeventuallyevolvedintocompetitionfortalent,talentcompetitionisofgreat
strategicsignificancetothelong-termdevelopmentofenterprises.Thisarticleusesthe
literaturemethod,feedbackanalysis,interviewmethod,basedonthetheoryofmanand
postmatching,scientifictheoriesandmethods,suchasthetheoryofachievement
motivationandthemethodoftalentevaluation,etc.,analyzesthecurrentsituationand
problemsofthecampusrecruitmentinLDcompany.andanalysisofthecausesfromthe
internalandexternalenvironment.Accordingtothepreviouscompanyrecruitment
experienceandliteratureanalysis,overallimprovementdesignforLDcampus
recruitmentplan,designascientificandfeasiblesetofcampusrecruitmentprogram
suitableforthecompany.Determiningthegeneralideaofcampusrecruitmentasthe
