本文对 112 家高新技术企业的调研数据进行分析,以解决以下三个问题:第
一,如何对技术多元化的的模式进行划分;第二,不同类型的技术多元化模式对
探索性创新的影响是否具有差异性;第三,网络位势如何调节两种不同类型技术
多元化与探索性创新之间的关系
通过理论探讨和实证研究发现:相关技术多元化(RTD)对探索性创新产生
积极的正向作用;非相关技术多元化(UTD)与探索性创新呈倒“U”字型关系;
相比于非相关技术多元化(UTD),相关技术多元化(RTD)对探索性创新的促
进作用更大;联结强度负向调节相关技术多元化(RTD)与探索性创新之间的关
系,而位置中心度和结构洞正向调节相关技术多元化(RTD)与探索性创新之间
的关系;网络位势在非相关技术多元化(UTD)和探索性创新之间不具有调节效
应。本文的研究成果是对技术多元化与创新研究领域的拓展,并对企业正确实施
技术多元化举措具有指导意义

ABSTRACT
As the rapid development of science and technology, technological
diversification has been the key factor to promote the core competitiveness and
sustainable innovation of enterprises. The relationship between technological
diversification and enterprise innovation performance has becomes a popular point
researched by domestic and foreign scholars. Nowadays, many productions have been
obtained about the connotation and the antecedents of technological diversification,
the impact of technological diversification on the performance of enterprises.
However,former researches have a lack of empirical study on samples of High-Tech
enterprises, ignoring the impact of related technological diversification (RTD) and
non-related technological diversification (UTD) on exploratory innovation
respectively, and also have a lack of network potential of adjustment variable between
two types of technological diversification and exploratory innovation, which leads to
implementation of theoretical and practical guidance in the process of technology
diversification.
In this paper, we analyze the survey data of 112 high-tech enterprises in order to
solve the following three problems: Firstly, how to distinguish the technology
diversification mode;Secondly, whether there is difference of the impact that RTD
and UTD on exploratory innovation;Thirdly, how do the network potential moderate
the relationship between two types of technology diversification and exploratory
innovation.
By using theoretical discussion and empirical analysis, it finds that firstly RTD
has a positive effect in exploratory innovation; Secondly, there is inverse U
relations between UTD and exploratory innovation; Thirdly, the influence of RTD to
exploratory innovation is greater than UTD; Fourthly network connection strength
moderate the relationship between RTD and exploratory innovation negatively,and
position centrality plays a positive moderate role on the above relationship. Fifthly,
network potential is not a moderator of the relation between UTD and exploratory
innovation.
