摘要
物流业是集运输业、仓储业、货代业和信息业等产业于一身的综合型服务产业,
不仅是我国国民经济的重要支柱,也是经济高速增长的发动机。据统计
[1]
,2016 年全
国社会物流总额高达 229.7 万亿,同比增长 6.1%,显示出物流行业的蓬勃发展。但是,
采矿业物流需求增速回落,由 2015 年增长 2.7%转为下降 1%。虽然物流行业整体发展
良好,但是部分服务于矿产资源物流的公司由于整体需求下滑,利润增速和盈利能力
明显下降,公司可持续发展受到极大挑战。FM 公司正是其中一员,FM 公司有 98.59%
的服务是针对矿产资源行业的贸易执行服务,虽然管理层积极开拓新业务,业务量显
著增长,但盈利水平却因为大环境的变化而明显降低。面对竞争压力,FM 公司急需改
变现状,管理者通过调整公司战略、转型商业模式等创新行为,以保证核心竞争力和
持续发展动力。但是,FM 公司在寻求突破的过程中,用传统的方法对员工进行管理,
员工对创新行为认可程度不高,个人投入不够,组织氛围不佳,导致员工工作积极性
不高、消极怠工。因此,创新绩效的管理是制约 FM 公司发展的重要因素。如何让员工
认可创新行为,提高公司整体创新绩效,结合公司战略目标优化现价段 FM 公司创新绩
效管理体系,是 FM 公司急需解决的实际问题

本文从现实背景出发,以FM公司作为研究对象,提出文章的研究问题:FM公司创
新绩效管理体系研究。首先通过文献研读法、问卷调查法和访谈研究法全面分析物流
行业特色,深入探讨和分析FM公司当前创新绩效管理体系出现的一些问题,诸如企业
战略与创新绩效联系不紧密、对创新绩效认识不到位、考核指标不科学、考核标准不
清晰等;在此基础上,通过平衡记分卡充分挖掘该公司创新绩效的关键影响因素,提
出FM公司的创新绩效评价体系,并通过实证分析验证该指标体系的在FM公司员工中的
认可度;最后,提出FM公司创新绩效管理体系,以创新绩效管理体系的推广和实施为
目的提出合理建议,有效解决FM公司现有创新绩效管理中的主要问题,提高员工的积
极性,突破当前FM公司遭遇的发展瓶颈,实现企业战略升级,保障企业可持续发展

本文通过文献研读法、问卷调查法和访谈研究科学详细地分析FM公司面临的问
题,又以平衡记分卡挖掘影响FM公司创新绩效的关键因素,最后通过实证方式验证了
该指标体系的科学合理性并提出创新绩效管理体系的实施建议。从理论上丰富了企业
创新绩效管理体系方面的研究,对于平衡记分卡的应用也有着积极意义。从实践上,
本文的研究结果对于改善FM公司当前创新绩效管理体系有着积极作用,而且方案的实
施能够对FM公司起到吸引人才,提高绩效的目的。此外,本文对于一些其他存在类似
问题的物流行业的公司来说,具有实际的借鉴意义。III

ABSTRACT
Logistics industry is comprehensive services industry which includes transport industry,
warehousing, freight forwarding industry and information industry. Logistics industry is the
important pillar of the national economy and economic growth engine. According to
statistics
[1]
, national social logistics amounted to 229.7 trillion in 2016, an increase of 6.1%,
showing the vigorous development of industry. However, Mining industry logistics demand
growth fell, from 2015 growth of 2.7%, down 1%. Although the development of the industry
as a whole is good, part of the company serving mineral resources logistics due to the
decline in overall demand.FM company is one of the members, FM company has 98.59% of
the service is the mineral resources industry trade execution services, due to changes in the
environment results in the decrease of business income. In the face of the pressure of
competition, FM company need to change the status by adjusting the company strategy.
However, FM company manages employees in a traditional way, but it didn&39;t work well in
the process of seeking breakthroughs. Therefore, the management of innovation performance
is an important factor restricting the development of FM company. How to make the
employee recognition innovation performance, combined with the company strategic
objectives optimization present price period of FM company innovation performance
management system, is an urgent need to solve the actual problem.
This article embarks from the realistic background to FM company as the research object,
the article put forward the research problem: Research on the management of innovation
performance of FM company. First through literature study method, questionnaire
investigation and interview research comprehensive analysis industry characteristics,
explore FM company currently some problems in the innovation performance management
system, such as enterprise strategy innovation performance with employees not close, not
scientific assessment index, evaluation standard is not clear, the innovation safeguard
measures implementation does not reach the designated position, etc.; On this basis, in order
to research the balanced scorecard method, fully tap the key factors affecting employees&39;
innovation performance, on this basis, build a company FM innovation performance
evaluation system, and through the empirical analysis verify the scientific rationality of
index system. Finally, this study puts forward reasonable suggestions to solve the main
problems of FM company&39;s effectively, and ensure the sustainable development of
enterprises.V
Through literature review, questionnaire survey and interview research, this study
analyzes the problems faced by FM company. Using balanced scorecard to excavate the key
factors affecting the innovative performance. Finally, verified by empirical way scientific
rationality of the index system and proposes the corresponding solution. Theoretically enrich
the enterprise innovation performance management system in the research, and application
of the balanced scorecard method also has positive significance. In practice, this article
research results for improving FM company current innovation performance management
system has a positive effect, and the solutions to the implementation of the FM companies
have to attract talent, improve the purpose of the performance. In addition, this article for
some other similar problems of industry has practical significance.
