本文针对工作实践中发现的问题,对案例银行个人汽车消费
信贷业务的风险管控情况进行了研究。研究内容主要包括以下四
个部分:
第一部分,理论分析。本文从个人消费信贷内涵和特征的角摘要

度,定义个人汽车消费信贷的概念,阐述了个人汽车消费信贷不
同于其它消费信贷产品的特征。借鉴个人消费信贷方面相关理论
和成果,论文对个人汽车消费信贷风险管理理论和评价方式进行
了丰富
第二部分,案例研究。案例银行相较于其他商业银行在经营
性质与业务特征方面存在差异性,其个人汽车消费信贷的进程短、
增长快,同时贷款逾期率凸显,逾期不良剪刀差持续增大。根据
信贷风险责任主体的不同,本文将个人汽车消费信贷风险划分为
四类进行逐一分析。同时,论文梳理了案例银行风险管控体系的
做法,重点查摆了信贷风险存在的问题
第三部分,实证分析。本文将存在的问题表现回归到案例银
行信用评级指标体系当中,筛选并构建了由 15 种变量组成的评估
体系,运用 logistic 模型进行假设验证,实际评价了案例银行个人
汽车消费信贷风险评估指标的效果。最终结果显示:客户类别越
好、车辆自己使用,业务人员风险管控水平越高,贷款金额与当
地近三年平均年收入总额的比值越低,则借款人正常履约还款的摘要

可能性越大
第四部分,建议措施。本文在最后为案例银行个人消费信贷
风险管理工作设计了优化的风险评估路径方案。方案按照贷款“三
查”环节设计,各个环节中的评估指标均按照重要程度做出了定
性处理。同时,论文给出了路径方案实施的策略建议:一是关注
消费群体变化及互联网技术发展对信贷业态的影响,二是完善对
借款人信用风险的核查机制,三是改进银行内部的风险责任体系,
四是增强与第三方的合作配合,五是强化对外部环境的风险评估,
六是重视对贷后风险的综合管控

CONSUMPTION CREDIT IN PC BANK S BRANCH
ABSTRACT
At present, China&39;s economy is in the process of structural adjustment and
transformational upgrading. As one of the three driving forces for economic growth, the
increasing consumption of residents for the proportion of economic contribution continues to
rise. People&39;s consumption consciousness, consumption level and consumption level have
changed greatly. These data can be discerned from the record of high production and sales of
automobile in our country. With the increase of residents&39; car purchasing consumption in our
country, the personal automobile consumption credit business of commercial banks has
achieved rapid growth. While commercial banks seize market share, the problems of
automobile consumption credit risk often occur. How to deal with the relationship between
the development of personal automobile credit business and risk management is an important
problem for all commercial banks to seriously consider and study.
Based on the problems found in the work practice, this paper studies the risk
management of the individual automobile consumer credit business in the case bank. The
main contents of the study include the following four parts:
The first part is theoretical analysis. This paper defines the concept of personal
automobile consumption credit from the angle of the connotation and characteristics of
individual consumption credit, and expounds the characteristics of individual automobile
consumption credit which is different from other consumer credit products. Drawing on theABSTRACT

relevant theories and achievements of personal consumption credit, the paper supplements
and improves the risk management theory and evaluation methods of individual automobile
consumer credit.
The second part, case study. Compared to other commercial bank, case bank has a lot of
differences in the nature of the business and business characteristics: the process of personal
auto consumption credit is short, fast growth, and the rate of overdue loans overdue
highlights, adverse price scissors continued to increase. According to the main body of credit
risk responsibility, this article divides individual automobile consumption credit risk into
four kinds and analyzes them one by one. At the same time, this thesis analyses the risk
management system of case banks, mainly put forward the credit risk problems.
The third part is empirical analysis. This paper returns the problem to the credit rating
index system of bank case, screening and constructing an evaluation system consisting of 15
kinds of variables,uses the logistic model to find the actual evaluation of the case bank
personal automobile consumption credit risk assessment index effect. The final results show
that customer categories better, vehicle use, risk management level of business personnel is
higher, the ratio of the loan amount and the three years of the average total income is low
and the possibility of repayment is the normal performance of the borrower.
The fourth part, suggestions and measures. In the end, this paper designs an optimized
route scheme for individual consumption credit risk management of case bank. According to
the loan three check link design, each link in the evaluation indicators are in accordance
with the importance of qualitative processing. At the same time, the paper gives suggestions
for implementation of the program path: one is to pay attention to the influence of consumer
groups and changes in the development of Internet technology, the second is to improve the
verification mechanism of the credit risk of the borrower, third is the improvement of bank
internal risk responsibility system, fourth is to strengthen the coordination and cooperation
between the third parties, fifth is to strengthen risk assessment in the external environment,ABSTRACT
