随着智能化、集约型社会的到来以及物联网、智能终端的快速发展,嘀嘀、
快嘀等互联网服务平台也迅速介入到公共交通领域。随着民众持续关注城
市通勤问题,社会资源的共享及优化使用的现实矛盾日益突出,在市场竞
争的大环境下,各种公共交通平台层出不穷,但发展到今天,受城市物联
网及宏观环境的制约,目前仅仅是能实现部分信息共享平台,并不能合理
有效地进行社会资源集中优化,且不能实现社会各种资源的共享和集约,
从而造成部分社会公共交通中通勤运力的资源浪费
北京做为全国第一大拥堵城市的典型代表,在其社会交通领域,拥有
着国内最先进的交通疏导技术、最强大的政府扶持力度,其商务通勤需求
持续、旺盛且快速地增长。本文以北京市为例,基于过剩通勤理论,把区
域内商务通勤班车的个性化需求作为分析依据,提出在智慧城市的宏观大
背景下,结合现有的物联网和移动互联网技术,展开新型班车互联管理平
台的研究与分析,解决资源优化配给问题,通过通勤人群的自然选择,从
而有效排除或者改善非自愿过剩通勤,降低通勤成本,提高交通资源配给
效率,通过社会资源的互联互通,实现合理化资源配置的低碳出行

RESEARCH ON THE INTELLIGENT BUSINESS BUS
MANAGEMENT PLATFORM - A CASE STUDY OF BEIJING
ABSTRACT
In the process of urbanization in China, the problem of urban
commuting is becoming more and more serious. In the process of urban
planning, the government pays attention to public transportation, such as bus,
subway, taxi and private car. With the advent of intelligent, intensive society and
the rapid development of the Internet of things, intelligent terminals, DIDI,
KuaiDI and other Internet service platform is also rapidly involved in the field
of public transport. As people continue to focus on the city commute, sharing
social resources and optimize the use of contradictions have become
increasingly prominent, in the market competition environment, all kinds of
public transportation platform emerge in an endless stream, but until today,
restricted by the city of things and the macroeconomic environment, is currently
only able to achieve some information sharing platform, and cannot be
reasonable and effective to optimize the concentration of social resources, and
cannot achieve social resources sharing and intensive, resulting in some social
public transit commuter capacity waste of resources.

Beijing is the first big city congestion in China, the transport sector,
with the most advanced domestic traffic grooming technology, the most
powerful support of the government, the business commuter continued strong
demand and rapid growth, taking Beijing as an example, based on the theory of
excess commuting, the area of business needs analysis for commuter bus based
on the macro background, proposed in smart city, combined with the existing
networking and mobile Internet technology, the research and analysis of new bus
interconnection management platform, solve resource optimization allocation
problem, through natural selection of commuters group, so as to effectively
eliminate or improve the non voluntary excess commute, reduce commute costs,
improve traffic resources rationing efficiency, through the interconnection of
social resources, to realize the low carbon travel reasonable allocation of
resources.

第一章绪论
1.1各类社会交通资源的互联互通有利于缓解交通拥堵
随着改革开放的成果不断呈现,人口红利也给我们国家的经济发展带来显著的
推动力。在我们国家的城市化发展的进程中,由于政府科学的引入了各项有效的发展
政策,我国的经济水平在近十年间保持着快速增长的态势,人们的生活水平也随之不
断提高。在推行的城市化进程中,大型城市随之而来的扩张过程,难免形成了摊大饼
的方式,生活商圈不断被外扩,生活在大城市中的人群,有很多人的实际居住地点跟
他们工作地点相距很远。而随着近十年间,中国房地产行业的快速崛起,房价不断攀
升,其增长速度与城化市进程的发展速度相呼应,造成了城市居住能力不断外扩,中
心城区所产生的离心力,使得越来越多的人群选择在远、近郊居住,但是城市中的产
业却仍然集中在中心城区某几个固定商圈,从交通方面来看,中国房地产的高速发展,
客观上也促进了人们的交通压力,越来越多的人群日常通勤的出行需求需要被关注
另一方面,随着我国的经济发展,私家车的饱有率快速增长,随着我国私人轿车保有
量的增长,城市道路交通的压力越来越为明显和突出。在世界环保的大环境下,全球
对环境污染的持续关注,国际燃油资源紧缺的常态化等问题,也受到社会大众的广泛
的关注。为解决城市交通的拥堵问题,北京近十年间不断尝试各种政策的调控,实行
了车辆限购、限行、提高道路停车费用、扩大交通供给等各种措施,但是目前从梳导
的效果来看,并没有从根本上解决拥堵问题,北京的潮汐现象仍然日益加巨,如何实
现有效疏导,将社会各类型通勤交通资源最大化挖掘利用,实现互联互通,真正实现
全社会的节能增效。以上目标也是本论文的指导思想
