Abstract
On October 24, 2015, the people&39;s bank of China announced to commercial Banks
and rural cooperative financial institutions, such as setting interest rates on deposits
floating ceiling. To deposit the liberalization of interest rate upper limit of floating is a
historic breakthrough, marks the economic reform in China took a milestone step,
announced that the era of China strict control of interest rate has become the past, will
have an interest rate is determined by the market, the market allocation of funds,
financial products price is crucial in the new era. But, like any reform, reform the
decision-making, can trigger inescapably adaptive changes and adjustments. In the
economic reform, as the interest rate marketization will directly impact in banking,
especially its performance.HB bank as a representative of the banking industry in our
country, in the process of marketization of interest rate of advance, its main business
development are faced with the environment changed in the new competition in the
market. This article analzes the marketization of interest rate under the background of
change of HB bank main business development, and put forward the coping strategies.
The reform of interest rate marketization has entered into a key period. On the basi
s, the paper starts from the development strategy of main operating business in HB bank
, expounds the research on the interest rate marketization from the theory, analyzes the c
urrent situation of interest rate marketization and main operating business in HB bank, a
nd makes SWOT analysis for the development strategy of main operating business in H
B bank under the background of interest rate marketization. The development counterm
easures for the main operating business in HB bank are proposed via the understanding
and reference to copy with the interest rate marketization experience at abroad commerc
ial bank. Via the topic analysis, it can provide the theoretical basis for the development
of main operating business in the bank at the era of interest rate marketization.
