理优化方案建设的原则、思路、目标,建立了延长新能源公司员工绩效考核管理改进方
案,以及员工绩效考核管理改进方案实施保障措施
通过对延长新能源公司员工绩效考核管理的研究,建立了该公司的绩效管理体系和
绩效考核管理的保障体系,对于该公司来说是一项全新的管理创新,而通过体系性的管

力助力。并且通过绩效改进方案的实施,进一步端正了公司员工对绩效考核管理的认识,

ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the increasing emphasis on environmental protection, the domestic new
energy industry has also been a great opportunity for development, and the emergence of a
series of great potential for development of New Energy Company. On the other hand, as the
new energy industry, vigorously promote green energy, saving social construction today, the
new energy market competition becomes increasingly fierce. The extension of the New
Energy Company as a member of the new energy industry, in recent years in the development
of the company is a rare opportunity, but also faces many challenges. With the gradual
expansion of the scale of the development of the company, how to improve the management
level of the company, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, it is particularly important, need
to further play the role of perforaiance management.
Under this background, has a very active role and significance of the research on extension of
employee performance appraisal management New Energy Company, benefit from the
perspective of performance management to caiTy out the research on the construction of New
Energy Company, to improve the perfonnance management system of the company, really
play the role of perfonnance management in the company development, and fully enhance the
management level of the New Energy Company, for further the development of New Energy
Company to grow and lay the foundations.
Therefore, this paper will extend the perfonnance appraisal management of New Energy
Company as the object of study. Hope that through the study of this topic, we can fully
enhance the level of perfonnance management of the New Energy Company, for the further
development of the company to cushion the foundation. First of all, to extend the current
