本文以 A 公司为研究对象,分析其存在的问题并提出有针对性的改进建议
首先梳理了设备管理相关理论,包括设备管理含义、特点、发展历程、研究方法
等,并对相关的国内外理论与实践进行分析和评述。接下来在对 A 公司进行调研
的基础上,深入分析了其在设备前期管理、设备运行、维护及维修管理工作中存
在一系列问题和薄弱环节。最后,结合前面的理论分析和 A 公司设备管理的实际,
提出了 A 公司设备管理改进的总体思路及方法,包括加强前期管理,制定切合实
际的设备维修策略以及完善维修管理等方面提出了系统的改进方案和措施,以达
到完善 A 公司设备管理体系、改善公司设备管理状况的目的
本文提出的研究成果期望为 A 公司提供实际参考,为提高设备管理水平提供
借鉴建议并进一步提升公司产品质量和竞争力

Facility management in an enterprise has attracted great social attention. It is both
an important part of modern enterprise management, and the key to productivity as well
as flexibility of an enterprise. Therefore, it is of great realistic significance to do
research into facility management from the perspective of theory and practice, which
may help reduce facility maintenance costs of an enterprise, guarantee its productivity,
raise its economic benefits, enhance its overall competitiveness and promote its
sustainable development.
The paper, with the target at Company A, analyzes its problems with suggestions
on improvement concerned. First, it introduces the theories concerning facility
management, including its definition, features, evolution, methodology, etc., as well as
the related analysis and review of the theories and practice at home and abroad. Then,
based on the survey of Company A, it expounds a series of problems and weak points in
early-stage management, facility operation, facility maintenance and its management.
Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical analysis and the real situation, suggestions
on improvement of facility management in Company A are put forward, which cover
the strengthening of the early-stage management, the making of feasible maintenance
strategy, and such systematic scheme and measures as the improvement of maintenance
management, in order to perfect the system and present situation of facility
management.
The findings of this research are expected to provide some reference for Company
A, to elevate its level in facility management, and to further promote its quality in
products and competitiveness as well.
