The Application Research of Lean Management in
Enterprise Operation
——R Enterprise as an Example
Abstract
With resource depletion is faster than the growth of the economy presently, the
survival of enterprises will be increasingly difficult. The traditional way of the small
variety, the mass and the high inventory production mode has been unable to meet the
growing customer requirement. Therefore, the enterprise is more urgent than ever in search
of a world-class advanced management mode, to help enterprises to reduce cost, to meet
customer requirement better, to overcome the crisis of survival, stay in an invincible
position against competitor, finally in line with the operation level of world-class
enterprise. As a result, more and more enterprises will lead the lean management into their
management system, through the effective operation of lean management to enhance the
level of enterprise management, so that the entire operating system more efficient and
standardized. During the learning process, to avoid the misunderstanding of the lean
production tools using and the inherent management habits of obstacles, it is necessary to
understand the relationship between the tools, and use the lean tools to help the enterprise
achieve the goal of lean management. This article through the application of lean
management research in R enterprise&39;s operation as an example, linking theory with
practice, on site research and observation, follow-up and analysis of the actual case, to
confirm the lean tools have been implement completely. R Enterprise has been changing
the traditional management and the production concept, the conclusion is the direction of
the implementation of lean management in R enterprise is correct, has obtained
achievements, lean management plays an important role in operation running, such as
eliminate waste, improve OEE, reduce days in inventory, shorten the lead time and
enhance customer satisfaction.
