基于W上原因,本文选取了招商银行呼和浩特分行作为样本,试图在相关
研巧背景、硏巧意义、研巧综述基础上,对小微企业融资业务进行分析。具体
地,首先对呼和浩特地区的发展背景进行分析,包括对呼和浩特分行、内蒙古
银行业等进行研究。然后,分别对招商银巧呼和浩特分行经营现状、小微企业
信贷业务现状进行分析,紧接着对招商银巧呼和浩特分行小微信贷业务的战略
能为进行了研巧,针对提及的相关问题,提出了应对策略
通过研究发现,招商银行呼和浩特分斤高度重视小微企业信贷业务,决策
链条比较短,拥有一定的品牌优势。而本行小微企业客户经理的业务竞争力比
较弱,网点也比较少,金融产品趋向同质化等劣势。再加上监管环境日趋严格、
贷款需求受宏观环境影响比较大、利率市场化推动贷款利率下行、业务风险压
力加大W及优质小微企业融资过度等,这些都会给小微企业飄资业务的发展带
来不利的影响。对此,应该明确我行市场定位、严控小微业务风险、完善小微
产品的创新机制、强化财务资源管理、实施差异化服务策略、提高信用卡的融
资作用W及増强小微企业的市场竞争力

I Abstract
At present,alo打g with tiie rapid development of small and micro e打terprises in
China, and influenced by various external factors, some business running problems
arise, for example, high debt-asset ratio, common tax evasion, low credit rating, high
行nancing guarantee difficulty. All these 化ings,especially financing difficulty,
frustrate the development of small and micro enterprises. The common reaso打s of
巧nancing difficulty are as follows:打rst,small and micro enterprises are unable 1:o
provide banks with more comprehensive financial statements because of their
imperfect financial system. Second, they always fail to repay the bank loan interest
o打 time in their initial stage for lack of legal awareness, which leads to the
enterprise&39;s credit rating lowered. These in turn make the enterprises hard 化 finance,
thus do bad 化 their 扣rther developme打t. Scholars have CO打ducted 过 series of
research on small and micro enterprises so far, finding that it is the non-standard
management of small and micro enterprise and information asymmetry and other
factors that make small and micro enterprises* financing become more difficult.
Besides,other scholars also put forward some policy suggestions and make 泣
macro化opic study which limit attention to aspects of support for small and micro
enterprises,financing a打d perfect 円nancing guarantee system. Few scholars
analyze the bank financing business for small and micro enterprises systematically
and comprehensively.
For the Kasons mentioned above,this paper selects the Hohhot branch of China
Merchants Bank as 过 sample t:o a打alyze the financing busine巧 for small a打d micro
e打teiprises,based on the former relative research background, significance of
research and research summary. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development
background of Hohhot^ includi打g 化e research o打 Hohhot bra打ch and the banking in
Inner Mongolia. The打,化 analyzes 化e operatio打 state of Hohhot branch of China
Merchants Bank and the running state of small and micro enterprises. Third, it
analyze 化e strategic capabilities dealing with the small and micro e打terprises, cre<Mt
business in the Hohhot branch of China Merchants Bank, putting forward tiie
打 strategies 1:0 wlevant problems.
By studying,tiiis paper find that tihie Hohhot branch of Chin泣 Merchants Bank
has 化e followi打g advantages: a巧aching great importance to the small and micro
enterprises^ financing business, simplifying the decision-making process wkhout
too many authorities,and having a brand advantage over other banks. O打 the other
hand,there are also some disadvantages. First,化e Small and Micro Enterprises
Customer M泣n过gcrs of the Hohhot branch of Ghin泣 Mcrch过nts Bank are打、
compel化ive enough. Second, the number of branches is fewer. Third,比e financial
products also have 汪 disadvantage of homogeneity呂esides,with the increasingly
strict financial regulation, the loan demands are largely affected by the macro
environment^ and the interest rate 1 化eralization pushes loan intere巧 rate down, loan
business risk pressure increases, some credible small and micro enterprises
over-financed. These all have adverse influence on the development of financing
business for small and micro e打terprises* To cope w她 those problems,化e Hohhot
branch should define the market positioning clearly, control the risk of small
financing business strictly , improve the small and micro enterprise financial
products innovation mechanism, strengthen the management of financial resources,
implement differentiated 化rvice strategy,improve the financing fimetion of crecHt
cards, and enhance 出e market competitivene巧 of small and micro enterprises.
