挂牌以来,博安智能积极强化自身业务竞争能力,不断拓展市场占有率。然而,博安
智能在2016年的主要财务指标出现了一定幅度的下滑,博安智能进入了充电粧和沥
青再生利用行业。2017年上半年主要财务指标下滑程度有所加剧。在此背景下,有
必要对博安智能的发展战略加以规划
本文的研宄以理论联系实际的模式,首先就博安智能面临的外部环境进行了分
析,找出了其外部机会和威胁。其中机会包括中国经济增长带来的智能交通需求空间
较大,高速公里里程增多带来的信息化市场需求大,产业链初步形成,充电粧、沥青
再生市场空间大等。威胁包括竞争日趋激烈,上下游议价能力较强,新技术运用等
继而对博安智能的内部条件加以分析,找出其内部优势和劣势。其中优势包括:地域
市场优势,行业理解深入,运营与交付能力强,衡器业务具有较高的品牌形象等。劣
势包括资质与品牌实力不强,人力资源储备不足,新进业务没有核心竞争力等。通过
EFE、IFE矩阵分析,博安智能当前战略对内外部环境的适应能力不足
本文综合利用SWOT分析、定向规划矩阵、波士顿矩阵、GE矩阵等分析工具,
综合分析制定博安智能所应采取的发展战略为SO战略,即:立足地域市场,成为地
域市场下多业务的全面解决方案提供商。充分利用我国经济增长、车辆数量增加,交
通需求市场空间大的市场机会,发挥自身在山东、山西、河北等地的地域市场优势,
对地域市场精耕新作,在继续深化高速公路信息化的基础上,全面进入城市智能交通
领域,大力投入发展充电粧市场,沥青回收利用市场,并开拓城域智能交通一体化大
数据平台,打造成为城域市场智能交通整体解决方案提供商。并明确了战略目标与战
略实施的三个阶段。最后论文从组织领导、组织架构、人力资源、商业模式、企业文
化等五个方面制定了保障措施

ABSTRACT
Boanits Limited Company was established in 1992, the main business belongs to the
electronics and information industry, focus on the field of intelligent transportation, good
dynamic weighing apparatus in highway informationization business areas with their own
solution. It is the leading enterprise in the area of traffic intelligence in shandong province.
In 2014, Boanits intelligent made a joint-stock transformation successfully listed in
NEEQ, and became a private public company. Since the listing, Boanits intelligence has
actively strengthened its own business competitiveness and continuously expanded its
market share. However, there has been a slight decline in the main financial indicators for
boan intelligence in 2016. Boanits intelligent enters the charging pile and asphalt recycling
industry. The decline in major financial indicators in the first half of 2017 has intensified.
In this context, it is necessary to plan the development strategy of Boanits intelligence.
The research of this paper is based on the theory of the actual model. Firstly, it
analyzes the external environment of Boanits intelligence, and finds out its external
opportunities and threats. Opportunities include China&39;s economic growth needs of
intelligent transportation space is larger, brought by the increase in the number of highway
mileage information market demand is big, industrial chain has been formed, the
regeneration of charging pile, asphalt market space is large. The threats include fierce
competition, strong bargaining power and new technology application. Then the internal
conditions of Boanits intelligence are analyzed to find its internal advantages and
disadvantages. Advantages include: regional market advantages,deep understanding of
industry, strong operation and delivery ability, and high brand image of henger business.
Disadvantages include the lack of qualifications and brand strength, insufficient human
resources, and lack of core competitiveness of new business. Through EFE and IFE matrix
analysis, the current strategy of Boanits intelligence is insufficient to adapt to internal and
external environment.
In this paper, SWOT analysis, directional planning matrix, Boston matrix, GE matrix
and other analysis tools are used. Comprehensive analysis to develop the strategy of
