联通华盛通信有限公司(以下简称“联通华盛”)是中国联合网络通信集团有限
公司(简称“中国联通”)的全资子公司。联通华盛与中国联通自 2015 年开始着手合
作事项,为中国联通提供供应链管理,全面支撑中国联通终端销售的相关工作
本文以联通华盛公司为研究对象,首先介绍了本文研究的背景,对国内外学者
供应链与供应链管理的相关研究成果进行了梳理与归纳;接下来阐述了联通华盛公
司供应链管理的现状,并分析了联通华盛供应链管理中存在的问题及原因;在此基
础上,根据联通华盛供应链管理中存在的问题及原因,从降低库存、成本节约、售
后流程,工作效率方面制定了优化方案和实施对策;最后,本文从人力资源角度和
成本优化角度制定出保障措施,确保供应链流程的优化方案和实施对策能顺利实现
本文的研究成果对联通华盛公司降低运营成本、提升工作效率,具有重要的现
实指导意义

Abstract
The domestic smart phone market has undergone a very big change in recent years,
mobile phone update rapidly, and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.
Operators respectively have their own terminal companies, hope to help the parent
company in the smart phone business. On the question of sales, most enterprises are
faced with into, sales and stock of reasonable configuration and control problems,
especially large enterprise, with cooperation of buyers,suppliers, logistics, sales channels,
and so on, and wants to share in the supply chain management, scientific resource
scheduling for the company, keep up with the increasingly tense competition in the
market, save costs on business processes, to find the support efficiency.
The Unicom Vsens company (hereinafter referred to asVsens) is a wholly owned
subsidiary of China united network communications group company (hereinafter referred
to asChina Unicom). Vsens began to cooperate with China Unicom to provide supply
chain management, and comprehensive support for China Unicom terminal sales related
work since 2015.
In this paper, Vsens Company as the research object, introduced the research
background of this paper at first; second reviews the relevant research results of supply
chain and supply chain management, gives this paper the theoretical support; third,
introduces the current situation of supply chain management of Vsens, and analyzes the
problems emerge Vsens in supply chain management and incentives; fourth, set the
optimal scheme and implementing measures according to the analysis results from the
lower inventory, cost savings, customer service process; fifth, from the perspective of
human resources and cost optimization of angle out security measures, to ensure the
optimal scheme and implementing measures of the supply chain process can be realized
successfully.
Through this research, to make Vsens company to reduce operating costs in the
internal process, and improve work more efficiency at the same time; In the external
process with the parent company China Unicom and the Cooperative suppliers, logisticsAbstract
