首先，本文对技术创新相关的理论进行了综述。对国内外的
研究现状进行了分析，定义了技术创新概念和技术创新过程，归
纳了目前国内学者对技术创新模式的普遍分类，即自主创新、模
仿创新和合作创新三种模式，并对国内外技术创新模式选择的方
法进行了分析，为 DR 公司技术创新模式选择模型的构建提供了理
论依据
其次，在理论研究的基础上，对 DR 公司技术创新的现状进行
了分析，认为 DR 公司存在技术创新决策缺乏科学性、研发能力薄摘要

弱、研发经费投入不足等问题，总结出 DR 公司目前选择的自主创
新技术模式同企业的实际情况不匹配
再次，在理论研究和 DR 公司技术创新现状分析的基础上，对
影响技术创新模式选择的内、外部影响因素进行了归纳总结，建
立了 DR 公司技术创新模式选择影响因素指标体系，并运用层次分
析法和 TOPSIS 法对 DR 公司要选择的技术创新模式进行求解，提
出 DR 公司现阶段应选择以合作创新为主，自主创新为辅的模式
之后，本文对 DR 公司在新的技术创新模式下应采取的实施策
略进行论述，制定了 DR 公司在新技术创新模式下的运营模式和组
织架构，并明确指出了 DR 公司只有在五个关键点上切实执行才能
保障 DR 公司在新技术创新模式下的成功
最后，对本文的研究进行了总结，并提出研究中的不足之处

ABSTRACT
In the era,innovation is the basic characteristic of modern enterprise. Technology
innovation can provide enterprises with a steady stream of power to enhance the
competitiveness of enterprises in the market. DR company has also recognized the
importance of technology innovation for the development of enterprises.From 2012, DR
company began to research products and achieved some results, but because of the bias in
the model choice of technology innovation, resulting in large investment and small income
in technological innovative activities. It is necessary to combine the actual situation of DR
company and select the appropriate technological innovation model.
First of all, the theory of technological innovation mode is summarized.Firstly, this
paper analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign technological innovation and
defines the concept and the process of technology innovation,then summarizing general
classification of the technological innovation mode which is recognized by the current
domestic scholars.Afer that, this paper analyzes the selective methods of domestic and
foreign technological innovation mode and provides a theoretical basis for the index system
and the model construction of the technological innovation mode selection of DR company.
Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of DR company,recognizing the lack
of scientific decision on the technology innovation,the shortage of R&D funding,the lack of
market reseach and so on,and concludes that the independent innovation model isn’t in
accordance with the actual situation of DR company.
Then ,this paper summarizes the internal and external factors and constructes the index
system of the technological innovation mode selection of DR company.Afer that ,this
paper uses AHP method to determine the weight of the index and TOPSIS method to
calculate the technological innovation mode.Lastly,this paper puts forward that DR company
should not choose the mode of independent innovation at the present stage, but should giveABSTRACT

priority to the mode of cooperative innovation and the mode of independent innovation that
is complementary.
After that ,this paper discusses the implementation strategy on the new model of
technology innovation and plans the new operation model and organization.Then,this paper
points out the five keys that is scientific on technological innovation system,improving the
research ability,and so on,which is important to ensure the success of the technology
innovation of DR company.
Lastly, this paper summarizes the research and puts forward the deficiencies in the
study.
