本文采用调查分析、文献研究等研究方法，以 DQ 监理公司为研究对象。在有
效分析公司在发展中所遇到的问题基础上，针对公司实际情况选定一套完善的、
科学的、切实可行的适合 DQ 监理公司的发展战略。本文由五章节组成，首先介绍
了监理相关理论与战略管理相关理论基础。在论述理论后，详细介绍了 DQ 监理公
司的具体情况，并运用 SWOT 分析法对 DQ 监理公司优势、劣势、机遇、威胁四个
方面进行分析。在扭转性战略（WO）、增长性战略（SO）、防御性战略（WT）以
及多元化战略（ST）四个战略中，优先采用增长性战略，辅助采用扭转性战略
在选定战略后，将 DQ 监理公司的发展战略分为短期、中期、长期三个阶段进行
最后从人力资源建设、组织结构、企业内部管理三个方面提出了战略实施保障措
施。本论文通过对 DQ 监理公司发展战略的案例研究，目的是为公司优化发展战略
提供一定的理论和实践支撑，推动公司发展和进步，提升广阔的发展空间，打造
强有力的核心竞争力

Research On Development Strategy Of
DQ Supervision Company
ABSTRACT
Supervision Company plays an important role in the construction field of the
country, it has made great contribution in high quality, safety and investment control of
construction project.In the short term of present situation, the most of Supervision
Company lack of a set of practicable development strategy. Therefore, one set of
scientific and reasonable development strategy will be very meaningful for the
evaluation of core competence of the corporation.
This paper adopts the methods of investigation and analysis, literature research and
so on, the object of study in this paper is focused on DQ supervision company, the main
research is on the developing problem of the company and making developing strategy
aim at the physical condition of the company. This paper consists of five chapters. First
of all, this paper introduces strategic management theory, the relevant theoretical basis
and research methods. After that, based on the brief introduction of the DQ supervision
company, we use SWOT model to analysis DQ supervision company from the
advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on the internal environment.
Based on the conclusion of SWOT analysis model, it plans the development strategy of
DQ supervision company. In the four strategies of reverse strategy(WO), growth
strategy(SO), defensive strategy(WT) and diversification strategy(ST), in order to focus
on the growth strategy, with complementary of reverse strategy. The development
strategy of DQ supervision company divided into short-term, middle-term and
long-term planning in three stages. Finally, the paper propose the strategy
implementation safeguard measures from the four aspects of human resources
construction, organizational structure, enterprise macro management and internal
management. In this paper, through a case study on the development strategy of DQ
supervision company, we hope to provide some theoretical and practical support for
the further optimization of the company&39;s development strategy, and promote the
company&39;s development and progress to extend broad developing space, to create a
strong core competitiveness.
