本文首先对中国国电集团公司、国电科技环保集团股份有限公司、龙源环保的公
司背景、主营业务范围、组织构成、市场占比、发展战略等情况进行初步介绍,进而
借鉴 PEST 分析模型对龙源环保所处宏观环境(政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技
术环境)进行分析;借鉴波特五力分析模型(同行业内现有竞争者的竞争能力、潜在
竞争者进入的能力、替代品的替代能力、供应商的讨价还价能力、购买者的讨价还价
能力)对公司所处微观环境进行分析;随后借鉴 SWOT 战略分析模型对龙源环保管
理战略(优势、劣势、机会、挑战)进行分析,最后对可行性战略进行整合分析,提
出了适宜龙源环保未来 10 年(2018 年—2027 年)发展的新型优化战略——“双百,
五化”。最后,为了保证该战略能够在实践中经得起考验,战略各部分内容都得以顺
利实施,本文就优化战略具体落实方面从时间、空间、目标、内容等几个角度做出了
明确规划,以实现将龙源环保发展为全国第一、世界一流的秉承可持续发展原则的环
保企业

At present the Chinese environmental protection industry is in a phase that being
strongly supported by government, gradually introduced by good policies, demanded for
high-quality and novel technical products. However, its developmental stage is relatively
backward because environmental protection industry itself is a comprehensive cross-major,
cross-regional, and across-discipline industry which is relatively new and difficult to
explore. Therefore, there are many aspects in this field to explore and innovate. Due to the
low threshold, low product prices, and low degree of transparency of the initial market
regulation, many types of environmental protection enterprises had been sprung up
constantly. Among which, GuodianLongyuan Environmental Engineering Co., LTD.
(hereinafter referred to as“Longyuan”), as China Guodian Corporation subordinate state,
keeps its position as industry leader from establishment until the National “Twelfth
Five-year”Period. There is huge development of prospects and potential competitiveness in
environmental protection industry, nevertheless, Longyuan has to follow era pace,
implement relevant policies, in-depth analyze their advantages and disadvantages, develop
scientific rigorous strategies, and firmly and implement the strategies once it wants to
maintain its leading position.
This article firstly introduced the backgrounds, main business scopes, organization
structures, markets shares, and development strategies of China Guodian Corporation,
China Guodian Technology & Environment Group Co., LTD., and Beijing
GuodianLongyuan Environmental Engineering Co., LTD. Then analyzing the macro
environment (political environment, economic environment, social environment,
technology environment) adopting PEST analysis, and analyzing the micro environment
(current competitors within the industry competition ability, the ability of potential
competitors to enter, substitutes replace ability, bargaining power of suppliers, the
bargaining power of the buyer) adopting Porter Five Analysis Model. On this basis, this
article drew lessons from SWOT Strategy Analysis Model to analyze Longyuan’s current
management strategy in four dimensions: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
challenges. Afterwards, it put forward the appropriate novel strategy to assist Longyuan in
maintain existing first-class enterprise by strengthening scientific research degree,
adjusting management mode, optimizing industrial module, and developing market
overseas. Finally, this paper made a clear outline and plan in terms of time, target, and
content, to fulfil the strategies. In regard to certain uncontrollable targets, this paper put
forward alternative and complementary scheme to ensure the implementation of the
strategy. The purpose of the strategy is to guarantee Longyuan to develop as the first
