基于这样的时代背景,本研究首先介绍了威客承接任务绩效的研究背景和选
题的意义,回顾相关研究文献,在开放式创新理论、和大众生产理论的基础上,
借鉴其它学者的研究成果,界定了众包与外包,以及承接任务绩效的概念,通过
对影响因素分析与任务绩效评价分析方法的比较,选择结构方程模型 AMOS 软
件对网络众包平台中威客承接任务绩效的影响因素进行实证分析,研究样本来自
实证中收集的调查问卷数据
通过实证,研究结果表明,威客承接任务绩效模型构建的四个因素:威客因
素、平台因素、雇主因素、任务因素,其中威客因素、平台因素、雇主因素三个
变量路径系数,都达到了显著水平,为保持最终模型完整性,保留任务因素,四
个因素中以威客因素与雇主因素对承接任务绩效影响最大,其次为平台因素与任
务因素。在威客因素中,对威客承接任务绩效的影响程度的重要程度分别是,威
客胜任力最大、威客投入次之、威客信誉最小;在平台因素中,对威客承接任务
绩效的影响程度的重要程度分别是,信息配送最大、监督保障与交易机制次之;
在雇主因素中,雇主搜寻、雇主督促对研究的承接任务绩效具有显著的正相关;
在任务因素中,任务报酬与本文所研究的承接任务绩效有显著的正向相关,任务
的难度与威客承接任务绩效具有显著的负向影响,因此,本研究根据网络众包平
台中威客承接任务绩效的影响因素实证分析结果,提出从平台发展、威客提升、
雇主任务、无利益第四方这四个方面给出对策建议

Abstract
As a business model, crowdsourcing opened a new era of micro-participation,
and public wisdom becomes a new subject for value creation. In such cases, more and
more crowdsourcing platforms developed, more people are involved in intellectual
capital transactions, but then there are some issues, such as low efficiency,
witkey’s decreasing enthusiasm to participate, especially the conflict between their
pay and income, resulting in the overlap of human capital waste, so the efficiency of
task-undertaking has become the focus of network crowdsorcing , and how to
improve crowdsourcing model and its process based on efficiency also increasingly
become a general concern of the society.
Based on the background of this era, this paper firstly introduces the research
background and the significance of the task, and reviews the relevant research
literature, on the basis of open innovation theory and mass production theory, drawing
on the research results of other scholars. This paper defines the concept of
crowdsourcing and outsourcing, and the task-undertaking efficiency. Based on the
comparison between the influencing factor analysis and the task efficiency evaluation
method, the AMOS software — the structural equation model is selected to analyze
factors that influences the efficiency of task-undertaking of Witkey in network
crowdsourcing platforms, and the study sample is from 259 questionnaires data during
the empirical researches. .
The empirical results show the four factors of the model construction for Witkey:
witkey factors, platform factors, employer factors, task factors, among which Witkey
factors, platform factors and employer factors are three variable path coefficient.
Influential coefficient is 0.302, 0.253 and 0.397, respectively, which all reach
remarkable level. In order to maintain the final model integrity, it will retain the task
factor with the path coefficient of -0.112. In these four factors, Witkey factors and
employer factors have the biggest influence on the task-undertaking efficiency,
followed by platform factors and task factors. For the Witkey factors, the importance
of the degree of influence on the efficiency is that Witkey&39;s competency is the greatest,
Witkey investment is the second, and the credibility of Witkey is the smallest. For the
platform factors, the degree of influence is that the information distribution is the
largest, the supervision and protection mechanism is the second. For the employerVI
factors, the employer search and the employer supervision have positive correlation to
the efficiency. For the task factors, task reward has a significant positive correlation to
the efficiency researched in this paper, difficulty of the task has a negative impact on
the efficiency. Therefore, based on the analysis on the empirical factors of the
task-undertaking efficiency of Witkey in network crowdsourcing platforms, it puts
forward suggestions from these following aspects: platform development, Witkey
upgrade, the employer&39;s task, no interest.
