摘要
DJH园区发展战略研究
摘要
工业园是推进区域经济发展的推进器,是推动企业技术水平升级的有
效手段,也是产业转型升级的有效载体。优秀的工业园不仅可以提高当地
的区域竞争力,还是政府经济发展的重要抓手、城市建设的示范窗口和招
商引资的优质平台。DJH工业园是2010年3月成立的市级工业产业园,
是T市煤、电、铝、水泥产业的集聚区,承载着T市产业转型升级的重
大使命,也是循环经济的实验区、体验区和教育示范区。产业园现己初步
建成了“煤-电-铝(铝深加工)-水泥”的循环经济产业链,2014年GDPS
值为54.47亿元。然而在快速发展的同时,DJH工业园也存在着资源环境
约束突出、循环经济产业链尚不完善和基础设施和公共服务不够健全等诸
多问题。因此,综合运用战略管理理论和方法对DJH工业园进行规划和
管理显得十分有必要。本文的主要研究内容如下:
本文第一部分交代了该研宄的主要意义和研宄背景,并结合园区特点
和战略发展方向明确了该研究的研究内容和创新点。此后,根据研究内容
确定研究方法,并制定了技术路线图

第二章着重阐述与工业园相关的战略管理理论,主要内容包括战略管
理的过程、内涵、特点及层次等

第三章对DJH工业园的具体情况进行介绍,并运用PEST和SWOT
分析法等工具对DJH工业园战略环境进行细致分析

第四章结合第三章的分析结果制定合理的园区发展战略,指导园区进
行合理优化与设计,明确园区未来的思路与目标,制定空间布局优化、产
业结构优化、产业链升级、提高资源利用率等战略

最后,第五部分在对该研宄内容总体回顾的同时上进行归纳,诚恳地 提出本文研究过程中的问题与不足,对D]H工业园战略管理项目今后的
研宄方向做了展望

ABSTRACT
The research of DJH park development strategy
ABSTRACT
Industrial park is very important for industrial transformation, and it is
also important for industrial enterprises improvement. An excellent industrial
park is not only good for regional competitiveness, but also good for the
government&39;s economic development. DJH industrial park was established in
March 2010, there are the Tongchuan coal industries, electricity industries,
aluminum industries and cement industries. DJH industrial park has initially
built the circle about coal - electricities - A1 (A1 deep processing) - cemonts,
which is the supportor for these industries of circular economy system ,
whose GDP is totaled 5.447 billion yuan in 2014. However, there are also
some factors affect the devolopment. Therefore, the researsh in these issues
is very importance. This paper main researsh contents are as follows:
The first chapter narrates the back ground and significant of this
resreash, clearly contants and inovative points in the papor. And then, the
wroter made the technalogy roadmep.
The second chapter systematically introduces the strategic management
theory about industrial park , which contents the connotation and
characteristics of strategical managements, processes and levels, etc.
The third chapter introduces the specific circumstances of DJH industrial
park, and then clears its strategic target by PEST and SWOT analysis tools.
Combining with the third chaptor , the 4th chaptor settles the
devolopment strategyes of the DJH park, which guide the park optimization
and clear the targets , develop space layout optimization , industrial constructional optimization , the promotions of the industrial chains and
inhancing the utilizatily rate.
Finally, the fifth chapter summarizes some main conclusions.
