Abstract
In our country, state-owned enterprises have a unique and extremely important
position. State-owned enterprises play an important role in social stability and
economic development. Therefore, the organic integration of the political tasks and
the nature of enterprises contributes to the development strategy of state-owned
enterprises greatly. State-owned enterprises not only need to promote the national
economy, but also ensure the stable development of enterprises in the process of
reform and promote the construction of state-owned enterprises. The organic
integration of the political tasks of state enterprises and the nature thereof not only
gives play to the advantages of combining the state and the enterprise, enhances the
cohesion of state-owned enterprises, and also increases the external influence of
enterprises.
Based on the actual situation of DHQ, the article deeply studies how the political
tasks and the nature of enterprises can be better integrated organically. From several
perspectives, this paper studies the significance of organic integration of the two, and
puts forward some suggestions on DHQ&39;s future development strategy based on
theories and related knowledge from different aspects. DHQ was founded in 2013
with a registered capital of 460 million yuan, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Zhuhai Hengqin Group Co., Ltd., a wholly state-owned company in Hengqin New
District. The company is a diversified group enterprise integrating land-level
development, project construction management, tourism resources operation,
technological innovation, sponge city construction, and is committed to becoming the
first-class city integrated operator in China. Construction projects include: Hengqin
New District Municipal Infrastructure (BT) Project, Hengqin New Area
Comprehensive Development Project, a land development project, the Ma&39;anshan
traffic tunnel project and a number of provincial, municipal and district key projects.
Since establishment, the company&39;s projects have been endowed with a number ofAbstract

national awards and honors.
DHQ company will keep in mind the mission, and be good Hengqin soldiers;
will bravely innovate, and implement a strategic transformation; will pursue
excellence, shape the corporate brand, and march towards the goal Hengqin of the
world. In the new era, DHQ Company should consider how to maintain the unique
political advantage of state-owned enterprises and how to integrate it organically with
the nature of the enterprise. Such is the strategic goal of DHQ for realizing scientific
development in the future. A clear and reasonable development strategy enables
enterprises to have a huge core competitiveness in the future development and is the
long-term goal that the state-owned enterprises seek most in today&39;s rapid global
economic development and competition. How SOEs can more effectively bring their
political advantages into full play and integrate effectively with the day-to-day
management activities of enterprises, such that the advantages become the core
competitiveness of the enterprises in their economic activities, is an important content
DHQ company keeps probing into in its enterprise innovation and development
strategies formulation.
