本文首先从利率市场化概述与核心内容、农商行简介及经济作用等基本概念
出发,分析利率市场化对农商行提出的要求、带来的发展趋势,进而总结出农商
行在利率市场化下还具备哪些比较优势。如农商行具备的地缘优势、灵活的决策
机制、低成本扩展的可行性等。其次从农商行发展现状、业务情况及利率市场化
下面临的挑战等方面,对农商行业务发展基础进行分析。我国农商行虽市场份额
较低,对利差收入的依赖度较高,但其在我国农村金融体系建设及农村金融的普
及与发展中占有重要地位,面对金融市场化进程加快、业务管控能力不强、互联
网金融冲击明显等问题,可积极进行研判,走差异化、轻型化、精细化的业务发
展之路,弱化自身不利因素。再次,以成立于1852年的富国银行为案例研究对
象,充分考虑其经历了美国利率市场化、2008年金融危机等多个时期,作为区
域性银行,其发展路径较为成功,对农商行的业务发展具有一定的指导性。最后,
从业务经营基础、业务发展结构、渠道建设优化三个层次出发,对农商行的业务
发展提出建议,并通过银行经营案例、数据予以佐证,以期对农商行业务发展能
力的提升有所帮助

participant in economic operation, in our country&39;s economic mode of operation,
