Research on the Development Strategy of L Company
ABSTRACT
The enterprise strategy is the action plan followed by the enterprise
development, and is also the embodiment of an enterprise management thought.
The internal and external environment of the enterprise itself is constantly
changing, in order to seek development, enterprises must meet the development
goals and ways to achieve the enterprise&39;s strategic planning. This is the key
problem related to the survival and development of enterprises, the daily
management and long-term interests, is also based on a higher level, for
enterprises to conduct a comprehensive and reasonable design, selection,
control and implementation of major problems of various business activities and
operations management. The next period of time, China&39;s coal industry will
continue to face serious challenges, seize the opportunity to accelerate the
transformation and upgrading of the coal industry is an urgent problem, but also
to get rid of the plight of the only way out of the winter. In view of this, this
study selected the L group company as the research object, analyzing the
current coal market situation, discusses the difficulties facing the coal trade
enterprises, and put forward the future development of enterprise strategies and
the transformation of the way. The main contents of this paper include the
following aspects.
First of all, the thesis puts forward the background, the study on the
significance of theoretical and practical level is introduced, and the related
studies were reviewed, systematically introduced in this paper, the main
research contents, technical route and research methods. Second, surrounding
the topic involves the connotation and strategic management theory system,
analyzes the strategic management process and level at the same time, studied
the concrete methods of strategic management; And further analysis of theIV
current situation of L company, from the enterprise scale, governance structure,
system, capital operation, etc, to extract the L group company of a major
breakthrough in the reform and development. On this basis, analyses the L
group company internal and external environment, respectively from the macro
level, industry, enterprise layer three levels into the concrete analysis, using
PEST analysis method, from the political and economic environment, such as
technical dimensions analysis the macro environment, and further analyzes the
industry environment of the company, as well as competitive. In addition, the L
group corporation has carried on the SWOT analysis, mainly from the
competitive advantage, competitive disadvantage analysis, analysis of market
opportunities and the market threat analysis of four aspects analyzing L coal
trade group co., LTD. Through the above research, finally puts forward the
company development strategy formulation and implementation of security,
mainly from the development strategy, guiding ideology, development planning
objectives, priorities and implementation plan, and proposed the plan
implementation safeguard measures and Suggestions.
