建德市李家镇作为钱塘江上游杭州下属县市的特色小镇，作为其
特色产业的碳酸钙产业已经遇到了不少瓶颈，迫切需要从块状经济向
现代特色产业转变。本文产业集群等相关理论的基础上，运用波特钻
石模型分析思路对建德市李家镇碳酸钙产业进行分析，同时结合调查
数据，分析建德市李家镇碳酸钙产业发展现状、发展优势和存在的问
题
本文认为李家镇碳酸钙产业在有一定的发展优势的同时也存在
一些问题，比如，企业发展战略不清晰，竞争激烈，资金不足，同质
化严重，产业链不完善等，从发展的角度来说环保和技术是阻碍其发
展的两大因素，政府是其发展最主要的推手，最后提出碳酸钙产业战
略发展的对策措施
在对策建议方面，本文提出李家镇应严格遵照监管和科学规划原
则，明确战略目标定位，树立环保意识、构建资源节约型的生产体系，
在战略规划方面要努力将资源优势转化为产业优势，扩大特色集群规
模、完善产品体系、改变战略方向、优化企业结构，塑造知名品牌、
加强创新等
本文在理论研究中，突出政府、制度、生态等因素。但是由于碳
酸钙产业是建德市的块状经济之一，建德市除了李家镇之外还有许多
碳酸钙企业，本文研究在一定程度上忽略其他乡镇企业发展。有待进IV
一步研究

Analysis on the GeneralAviation Industry of JianDe Based
on Diamond Model
Abstract
Calcium carbonate industry as an important foundation and pillar industry of the
national economy. On the one hand, calcium carbonate to meet the needs of China&39;s
economic construction and people&39;s lives on industrial products, on the other hand,
calcium carbonate industry is a high energy consumption, high pollution, high
emission industries. Since the 12th Five-Year plan, China has accelerated the
transformation of economic structure and the mode of growth, and accelerated the
construction of ecological civilization, the implementation of the new environmental
protection law, the development of calcium carbonate industry has gradually entered a
new normal. As a small town with the characteristics of calcium carbonate industry,
the development of calcium carbonate industry in Jiande city has encountered many
bottlenecks, which urgently needs to change from the massive economy to the modern
characteristic industry.
Based on the theory of industrial cluster, using the Potter diamond model analysis
method to analyze the Li Jia Zhen calcium carbonate industry in Jiande City,
combined with the survey data, analysis of the development status, advantages of
calcium carbonate industry Li Town Development of Jiande city and the existing
problems.This paper argues that Li Jia Zhen calcium carbonate industry have obvious
advantages, there are also some problems, for example, enterprise development
strategy is not clear, intense competition, lack of funds, serious homogenization, the
industry chain is not perfect, the environmental protection from the perspective of the
development and technology are two major factors hindering the development of the
government, is the the development of the main force, and finally puts forward some
countermeasures and measures of calcium carbonate industry development strategy.
In the aspect of countermeasures and suggestions, this paper puts forward that Li Jia
town should strictly follow the principles of supervision and scientific planning,
define the orientation of strategic objectives, set up the consciousness of
environmental protection and build a resource-saving production system. In the aspect
of strategic planning, we should make efforts to transform the resource advantagesVI
into industrial advantages, expand the scale of the characteristic clusters, improve the
product system, change the strategic direction, optimize the enterprise structure, shape
the well-known brands, strengthen the innovation, etc..
In this paper, the government, institution, ecology and other factors are highlighted.
However, due to the calcium carbonate industry is one of the massive economies of
Jiande, Jiande city in addition to Li Jia, there are many calcium carbonate enterprises,
this paper to a certain extent, ignore the development of other Township enterprises.
Need further study.
