英格索兰中国投资有限公司吴江工厂作为典型的跨国集团在华投资的生产型
企业,在大陆改革开放之后经过了近 30 年的高速粗放型发展以后,也面临着发展
后劲不足,管理粗放,在精益生产,卓越运营方面与国际先进水平的差距越来越大
的困境;本文在研究过程中首先从理论基础上对供应链管理,精益生产进行研究和
分析,以国内外公开发表的的供应链管理学术研究成果为指引,设定了英格索兰公
司供应链管理的研究理论基础;其次,依据本文作者在英格索兰公司供应链部门较
长时间的管理经验,在对其供应链管理的现状、存在的问题有了一定的观察和认识
的基础上,通过对供应链管理部门不同层级员工进行深度访谈问询的形式,系统地
对供应链管理现状和存在问题进行专题调查研究,在专题研究调查数据的基础上进
行统计分析,进而推断出英格索兰公司供应链管理现实存在问题的几大方面:供应
链战略规划、信息管理系统、ERP 系统、采购流程设置、基础数据管理、仓库管理;
并剖析了影响供应链管理综合绩效的以上问题;最后,基于现代供应链管理的相关
前沿理论和自身工作中得出的先进 ERP 实践经验演绎得出了基本思路和政策措施,
以创新性思维方式为英格索兰公司供应链管理实现精益运营、提高效率、提升客户
满意度贡献了学术依据

Abstract
Now, the nature of China economy has evolved to the “New Normal” style, the traditional economy
developing path has been invalidated gradually;it warns us that the path of China economy
development needs evolve from manufacturing in China to intelligent manufacturing in
China,from the lower level made in China to a higher level of “industrialization of
China”,enhance the enterprises’ competes,achieve the whole industry value chain of China to smart
upgrading. In front of the market competition intensifying,the current China&39;s enterprises developing
path which simply rely on the developing factors of low technology and low human cost has outdated
and more difficult to meet the needs of the current reality,whether we can enhance the science of
technology during the enterprise’s operation,improve the performance of supply chain
management,relying on the advanced information management technology so as to improve the
efficiency of the enterprise operation,enforce enterprise cost control, reduce the waste of the entire
enterprise value chain,gain the furthermore improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain
management,which can be one of the key factors to determine the respective of current enterprise in
the fierce market competition.
Ingersoll-rand China investment co.,LTD. WuJiang factory as a typical pattern of multinational Corp.
invested in China,after 30 years business booming in China main land region since China opened its
gate,it also faced with insufficient development force,low level management skills;compare with the
advanced standard in the lean production&excellent operating peers in the world,the gap is
outstanding:This thesis firstly from theoretical basis in the process of research on supply chain
management, lean production, use the up to date of supply chain management published academic
research results international as the guide, set the Ingersoll-rand study of supply chain management
theory base;Secondly, in term of the author’s long term working experiences in the Ingersoll-rand
company,has a clear view toward to the current situation and existing problems of supply chain
management field, according to the observation and understanding of the different levels of supply
chain management department staffs in-depth interview questions, in the form of system of supply
chain management presented situation and the existing problems carry out special investigation and
study,according to the research survey data for statistical analysis,and then diagnose the
Ingersoll-rand company reality supply chain management problems within several major aspects:
strategic planning,supply chain management information system,ERP system,setting the procurement

modern supply chain management field pioneering research,advanced ERP practice experience to
