旅游产品是旅游产业存在和发展的前提和基础,旅游产品开发则是整个旅游活动
的中心环节。随着社会的不断进步和现代旅游业的快速成长,人们对旅游产品的多样
化、个性化、品质化需求也在不断提升。合理利用及有效开发旅游资源,并根据市场
变化及时对旅游产品开发进行创新改进,对旅游地旅游经济发展和知名度的提升起着
重要作用,也是旅游地在激烈竞争的市场环境中取胜和实现可持续发展的关键。同里
作为中国江南六大古镇中较早开发旅游的古镇,拥有丰富的旅游资源,近年来,其开
发经营主体苏州同里国际旅游开发有限公司(简称同里旅游公司)在旅游产品开发方
面已经做了很多探索和实践,但仍存在一些不足和问题

本文以同里旅游公司为研究对象,以旅游产品开发为研究内容,在梳理国内外相
关文献研究的基础上,对旅游产品开发的相关理论进行了阐述。据此,分析了同里旅
游公司旅游产品开发的总体情况,并通过实证调研、昂普分析等方法,对同里旅游产
品的市场特征及同里旅游公司旅游产品开发存在的主要问题进行了深入的研究,运用
旅游资源学理论、旅游产品生命周期理论、旅游文化学理论、TPC 理论、旅游可持续
发展等理论,设计出了公司旅游产品开发改进的方案,其中包括应该坚持的原则、目
标选择以及具体的方案内容,并提出了开发改进方案实施的保障措施

论文共分六章。第一章为绪论。提出了本文所研究的背景及问题,阐述研究目的、
意义,回顾中外研究现状,主要研究内容、研究方法及论文结构等。第二章,旅游产
品开发的理论基础。梳理相关基本概念和相关理论基础。第三章,同里旅游公司旅游
产品开发现状与问题分析。对同里旅游公司、旅游资源、产业基础、旅游产品开发历
程和现状进行阐述,并系统分析旅游产品的市场特征,剖析旅游产品开发存在的主要
问题。第四章,同里旅游公司旅游产品开发改进的方案设计。提出了同里旅游产品开
发改进应坚持的原则、目标选择及开发改进具体方案设计。第五章,同里旅游公司旅
游产品开发改进方案实施的保障措施。从市政设施与公共服务保障、旅游管理体制与
行业管理保障、旅游资金与人才保障、智慧旅游与科技保障、资源环境保障等方面阐
述了保障措施。第六章,研究结论与研究展望。总结全文主要工作和主要观点,说明
创新点,指出研究不足和进一步研究的方向

rising. Rational use and effective development of tourism resources, and in accordance
with market changes in a timely manner on the development of tourism products to
improve innovation and tourism tourism development and visibility of the promotion plays

systematically analyzes the market characteristics of tourism products, analyzes the main
problems in the tourism product development. The fourth chapter is about the development
and improvement of tourism product design. The principle, target selection and
development improvement of the specific scheme are put forward. The fifth chapter is the
safeguard measures of Tongli tourism company to implement tourism product
improvement program. This paper expounds the safeguard measures from the aspects of
municipal facilities and public service guarantee, tourism management system and
industrial management support, tourism capital and personnel protection, intellectual
tourism and scientific and technological security, resource and environmental protection.
The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the research. This paper summarizes
the main work of this paper and the main point of view, illustrates the innovation of this
paper, points out the lack of research and further research direction.
