摘要
近年来,随着经济的发展,人民生活水平不断提高,城市的大街小巷开满了大大
小小的超市,这也导致超市行业的竞争愈加激烈。连锁超市只有不断强化自身的竞争
力,才有可能存续下去。连锁超市对基层员工的绩效考核的缺失,导致绩效考核的结
果不尽人意,企业对绩效考核的各种投入也付之东流。X连锁超市人员流失率不断上
涨,这正是由于目前其基层员工绩效考核方案存在着很多问题。这些问题导致了员工
工作积极性不高,执行力较差,效率较低。因此,必须根据X连锁超市自身的发展
情况,正视目前基层员工绩效考核中存在的诸多问题,建立更加公正、客观并且科学
合理的绩效考核方案,以适应愈加严峻的生存环境,进而提升X连锁超市整体的绩
效水平,提高员工对企业的满意度、忠诚度和工作热情。
本文通过对X连锁超市目前的运营和管理状况的调研,找出X连锁超市在绩效
考核中存在的主要问题及其原因,根据绩效考核相关理论,制定出适合X连锁超市
的绩效考核方案。本文主要研究内容有以下几方面:首先,对X连锁超市展开实地
调查,掌握其基层员工的绩效考核现状,并针对该方案对员工进行了问卷调查,通过
对问卷的整理和分析,找出考核方案的问题及原因;其次,根据问题产生的原因,对
考核方案进行优化设计,重新设计了绩效考核的指标、指标权重、评分标准及实施方
案;最后,为上述绩效考核方案的实施保障、实施流程、改进及完善,提出了解决办
法。

Research on the performance appraisal program of X
chain-supermarket’s grassroots employee
Abstract
In recent years, with the development of economy and the improvement of people's
living standard, the city's streets and lanes are full of supermarkets, which have led to more
and more competition in the supermarket industry. Chain-Supermarket can only survive if
they constantly strengthen their competitiveness. The lack of performance appraisal of the
grassroots employee in the chain-supermarket results in poor performance appraisal results,
and the enterprise's various inputs to the performance appraisal are also wasted. The
turnover rate of X chain-supermarket employee has been rising, which is precisely because
there are many problems in the current performance appraisal scheme of its grassroots
employee. These problems result in low motivation, poor execution and low efficiency.
Therefore, a new performance assessment plan must be built.
Through the investigation of the current operation and management of the X
chain-supermarket, find out the main problems and reasons of X chain-supermarket in
performance appraisal. According to the theory of performance appraisal, the performance
appraisal scheme of X chain-supermarket will be built. The main contents of this paper are
as follows. First of all, a field investigation of the X chain-supermarket, to master the status
of the performance assessment of its grassroots employee, according to the questionnaire
survey of the staff, the questionnaire was collected and analyzed. Find out the problems
and reasons of the assessment plan. Secondly, according to the causes of the problem, the
optimization design of the assessment scheme is carried out. The index, index weight,
grading standard and implementation plan of performance appraisal are redesigned. Finally,
the solution is put forward for the implementation of the above performance appraisal plan,
the implementation process, improvement and improvement.
