摘要
企业文化是现代企业的软实力和无形资产,与资金、技术、人力等硬实力共同构成了
企业核心竞争力。基于此,本文以企业文化理论及管理理论为指导,运用科学规范的研究
方法对AL公司企业文化建设进行了研究,具体思路是在概述企业文化及企业文化评估等
基本概念和理论的基础上,分析了AL公司的基本情况、企业文化理念体系以及企业文化
建设现状;通过问卷调查法和访谈调研法,借助奎因文化价值模型评估了AL公司企业文
化,经过这些步骤,初步判定AL企业的企业文化存在对客户需求及满意度的重视程度不
够高、企业文化建设规划与发展战略融合度不够、忽视企业流程及内控体系的建设、绩效
考核无法真正发挥应有作用、企业文化创建载体缺乏创新性等方面的问题,为了更好完善
AL公司企业文化体系,本文从理论层面出发,结合国内外学者的研究成果和AL企业文
化实践的客观事实,从企业文化建设原则、建设路径和保障措施三个方面提出了AL公司
企业文化建设的路径构想。总体而言,本文运用学习期间所掌握的企业文化、管理学等基
本理论,对AL公司企业文化建设问题进行了实证分析,研究结果应当在能一定程度上丰
满本课题研究范畴内的理论体系,在实践层面也可以为其他同行业乃至同类型公司的企业
文化体系构建与完善,提供一定的参考和指导的价值

Abstract
The enterprise culture is the soft power and intangible assets of the modern
enterprise, and the capital, technology, manpower and other hard power together
constitute the core competitiveness of enterprises. With the increasingly fierce market
competition, more and more enterprises realize the importance of corporate culture,
and actively promote the construction of enterprise culture, in order to better play the
cultural cohesion, encouragement, guidance and restraint functions, but the enterprise
culture construction is a systematic project, all areas related to production and
management. Only by adhering to the scientific method can be transformed into the
competitiveness of enterprise culture. Based on this, this paper takes enterprise culture
theory and management theory as a guide, the use of scientific research methods on the
standardization of AL corporate culture were studied. The specific ideas on the basic
concept of enterprise culture and enterprise culture and evaluation theory, analyzes the
basic situation of AL company, the concept of enterprise culture and enterprise system
the cultural construction of the status quo; through the questionnaire and interview
survey method, with the model of Quin cultural value evaluation of AL corporate
culture, through these steps, the preliminary determination AL enterprise culture of
customer demand and satisfaction degree of attention is not high enough, the enterprise
culture construction planning and development strategy of integration is not enough,
and ignore the business process the internal control system construction, performance
appraisal can not really play its due role, creating the enterprise culture carrier and lack
of innovation etc. The problem, in order to improve the corporate culture system of AL
company, this paper from the theoretical perspective, combined with the fact of
domestic and foreign scholars research results and AL corporate culture practice, the
path to construct corporate culture of AL company from the three aspects of the
enterprise culture construction principles, construction path and protection measures.
Overall, the use of the hands during the study of corporate culture, management and

other basic theory of AL corporate culture has carried on the empirical analysis, the
results should be in full to a certain extent the research within the scope of the
theoretical system, in practice also for the other industries and even the same type of
company the cultural system construction and improvement, provide certain reference
and guidance value.
