经济竞争日渐白热化,企业间竞争对抗已不能停留在价格等导致两败俱伤的恶性
竞争,企业必须得寻找新的出路。红海竞争的不断升级,企业寻找蓝海成为明智之举
技术创新是经济发展的巨大动力,是企业生存与发展的强力保证。目前,中小企业在
世界各国的企业中都占据着很大份额,在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,中小企业求生存
求发展,因此不断推进技术创新更是企业建立竞争优势并不断更新优势的必然选择
对于我国众多的中小企业来说,管理粗放仍然是普遍现象,要取得持续的成长,企业
就必须变革,进行管理创新、技术创新乃至制度创新。企业应当思考如何摆脱现状,
创造成功的未来战略,并有效地执行此战略。因此,对于现代中小型企业来说,如何
有效地构建起企业的技术创新管理体系是一个迫切的现实问题,充分发挥技术创新管
理的优势显得尤为重要,这对于促进企业技术创新的发展、核心竞争力的获取有着极
其重要的意义
本文通过广泛地阅读文献,在阐述技术创新的重要性和强调技术创新重要性的基
础上,紧密结合FD公司实际作为研究样本,釆用案例研究的方法,在对该公司的背景
和成长历程有充分认识的前提下,对FD公司进行的技术创新活动进行了详细而系统的
探析。首先,本文探讨了研究背景、目的和意义,统地回顾了国内外学者对技术创新
和技术创新管理研究现状;接着对FD所在的行业总体环境和竞争对手进行了详细分
析,研究了 FD公司技术创新管理现状及存在的问题;最后,提出了 FD公司技术创新
管理的合理可行措施和策略,并对论文研究进行总结
本文所提出的FD公司技术创新管理体系,一方面不仅对FD公司的技术创新管理
具有指导意义,另一方面,对类似的其他企业也有一定的借鉴意义

Abstract
Financial crisis triggered by U.S.A subprime mortgage crisis inswept
through the world rapidly,a lot of countries were in troubles. Some European
countries were trapped in debt crisis, even though China withstood the negative
impact and avoid the economic downturn. However,there is 110 denying that, a long
period of time after ,the international economic situation is still quite complex.
China's economy has slowed down facing the current tough economic situation. The
states are facing a brutal test, lots of enterprises are also facing multiple tests.
Economic competition is getting more and more fierce, interfirm competition
focus on prices will lead to a lose-lose situation. Firms should look for the blue ocean
find a new way so as to achieve core competitive advantage for the intense red sea
competition. Technological innovation is a powerful driving force of economic
development; moreover, it guarantees the survival and development of corporations. At
present,small and medium enterprises in the world occupy a large share in today's
increasingly competitive market. They should face the fact that competition in the
market is getting more and more intensive. The SME should continue to promote
technological innovation is an inevitable choice for enterprises to build competitive
advantage and continue to update the advantages. It may also help the firms to
sustainable competitive advantage. For many SME in China,extensive management is
still a common phenomenon. In order to achieve sustaining growth, firms need to
change. How to effectively build the enterprise management system of technology
innovation, and take advantage of technology innovation management is particularly
important for modern enterprises. It has an important significance of the promotion of
technology innovation and development, and improvement of the core competencies.
Based on the importance of technology innovation, we used empirical methods to
investigate FD firm. First of all we discussed the background, purpose, significance,
research methods and structure of this essay. Then an overview of the theory of
technology innovation management is present. We also discussed the domestic and
foreign scholars* work on technology innovation and innovation management research,
and studied the history of theory of technology innovation. And then we analyzed the
macro and micro environments which is closed related to technology innovation, as
well as introduced FD firm briefly. We also studied the problems of FD firm. In this
part, we first discussed the FD's technology innovation management and pointed out

the explicit and implicit problems which are based on FD's current management
profile. Finally,based on the actual situation of FD,we came up with several some
useful recommendations to help the firm to heighten the level of its technology
innovation. Also we looked into several problems in the end.
The suggestions we made are not only meaning for FD but also useful to other
small and medium enterprises.
