本文基于系统论的研究视角,通过系统动力学的方法,从文献综述和现实背景出
发,在文化与科技融合创新的基本特征基础上,综合分析了文化与科技融合创新四个
子系统,对文化与科技融合创新的形成路径以及其形成过程中的影响因素进行了详细
的描述和分析,之后构建包括“融合创新主体网络—融合创新投入子系统—融合创新
产出子系统—融合创新环境子系统—文化与科技融合创新机制有效性系统”在内的系
统动力学模型,分析了文化与科技融合创新机制形成的因果关系图及系统流图。本文
的创新之处是运用系统动力学这一研究复杂、非线性社会和经济问题的常用方法来研
究文化与科技融合创新机制的有效性,并通过 Vensim PLE 软件对模型的有效性进行
了分析,为文化与科技融合创新机制设计奠定一定的基础
本文的主要结论包括:(1)文化与科技融合创新机制有效性受到创新投入子系
统、创新主体网络子系统、创新投入子系统、创新环境等的直接影响,系统中任意一
个变量均对系统机制有效性具有显著或是不显著的影响;(2)创新主体关系方面的
影响因素(信任机制、创新主体资源互补性和目标一致性)对文化与科技融合创新机
制有效性具有显著的影响;(3)创新投入方面的影响因素(产学研合作力度、市场
需求预测度和政府 R&D 资金投入)对文化与科技融合创新机制有效性具有显著的正
向影响;(4)产学研合作力度越大,人才集聚能力和文化与科技创新能力越高,科
研成果数量相应增加,从而提高文化与科技融合创新机制有效性;(5)融合创新环
境方面的敏感性影响因素包括知识共享程度和信息网络发展水平,其中信息网络发展
水平影响更为显著

Abstract
Fusion innovation of culture and technology has become a new way to promote
synergetic development of culture and technology, an important method of promoting
cultural industries for development. The Fusion innovation of culture and technology in
government attention, the active participation of the main parties in the case is still difficult
to achieve effective fusion, mainly in the mechanism of cultural and technological Fusion
innovation is not clear. In this context, this paper focuses technological Fusion of cultural
innovation in basic issues: First, the pathway of culture and technology Fusion innovation
is not clear; the second is whether the factors affecting the Fusion innovation of culture and
technology to start fusion of innovative mechanisms to explain the effectiveness.
Based on the perspective of system theory and the system dynamics method, starting
from the literature and practical background, on the basis of the basic characteristics of
cultural and technological fusion innovation , the cultural and technological fusion
innovation four subsystems are comprehensively analyzed, and the formation path and its
influencing factors of cultural and technological fusion innovation is descripted in detail
and analyzed. Then an inner system dynamics model, including fusion innovation subject
network - fusion innovation input subsystem - fusion innovative output subsystem- fusion
and innovation environment subsystem- innovative mechanisms effectiveness system of
cultural and technological fusion innovation, is constructed. Causal diagram and system
flow diagrams of cultural and technological fusion innovation mechanism forming is
analyzed. The innovation of this paper is to use system dynamics, which is a common
method when studying complex or nonlinear social and economic issues, to study the
effectiveness of the cultural and technological fusion innovation mechanism, and the
validity of the model is analyzed through Vensim PLE software, which laying a foundation
for designing cultural and technological fusion innovative mechanisms.
The main conclusions of this paper include: (1) the effectiveness of the cultural and
technological fusion innovation mechanisms is directly affected by the innovation input
subsystem, the innovation subject network subsystem, innovative environment and so on,
and any one of the system variables has significant or not significant impact on
mechanisms effectiveness; (2) the influencing factors (trust mechanism, innovation
subjects complementary resources and objectives of consistency) about innovation subject
relationship aspects have a significant influence on the cultural and technological fusionIII
innovative mechanisms effectiveness; (3 ) the influencing factors (cooperative efforts to
market and demand forecasting of government R & D funding) about investment in
cultural and technological fusion innovation aspects have a significant positive effect on
the innovative mechanisms effectiveness; (4) the larger cooperative efforts are and the
higher talented personnel and cultural and technological innovation capability and capacity
are , the more corresponding number of scientific research results are, thus to improve the
effectiveness of cultural and technological fusion innovation mechanism; (5)the sensitivity
factors of fusion innovative environmental aspects include knowledge sharing level and
information network development level, among which information network development
level has more significance.
