摘要

企业文化自1980年被首次提出之后,就以惊人的速度发展并逐渐被许多企

业认定为提升竞争力的一个极其重要的因素。目前,我国的企业管理正经历着从

以物为中心的管理向以人为中心的管理转变、从传统管理向文化管理升级。可以

说,中国企业正开始迈向以人为本、文化管理的新常态、新阶段。在此背景下,

本文以KM供电局为例,首先对企业文化相关理论进行了简要叙述,全面分析了

KM供电局企业文化建设的现状,接下来结合自我认识,通过问卷调查、访谈、

统计找出并归纳了建设过程中存在的问题,然后结合实际对这些问题进行了原因

分析,最后针对问题提出了符合KM供电局企业文化建设实际情况的具体对策和

建议。本文为KM供电局企业文化建设的完善提供了可行的策略,同时,论文中

的内容来源于企业文化建设相关工作实践,对其他电力企业的企业文化建设有一

定的参考价值。

STUDY ON ENTERPRISE CULTURE

CONSTRUCTION OF KM POWER SUPPLY BUREAU

ABSTRACT

After the corporate culture were put forward for the first time since 1980,is

developing at an amazing speed and gradually by many enterprises as one of the most

important factors to enhance the competitiveness of the. At present, China's enterprise

management is experiencing from material centered management upgrade to the

human centered management, change from traditional management to culture

management. It can be said, Chinese companies are starting to people-oriented,

culture management, the new stage of the new normal. Under this background, this

paper takes Kunming Power Supply Bureau as an example, firstly, the theory of

corporate culture is briefly stated, a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of

the construction of enterprise culture of Kunming Power Supply Bureau, then

combined with the self understanding, through the questionnaire survey, interviews,

statistics to find out and summarize the problems existing in the process of

construction, and then based on these problems the reasons are analyzed, and finally

puts forward some countenneasures and suggestions in accordance with the actual

situation of the enterprise culture construction of KM Power Supply Bureau in order

to solve the problem. This paper provides a feasible strategy to improve the

construction of enterprise culture of KM Power Supply Bureau at the same time, the

content of the paper comes from the enterprise culture construction related work

experience, has the certain reference value to the building of enterprise culture to

other power companies.
