本文首先对 LLM 的历史发展进行了介绍,然后对公司的地理位置进行分析,
并对外部环境进行了剖析,分析了公司面临的宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境;
其次从公司内部等方面分析了公司的内部环境;进而利用 SWOT 分析法,总结了
公司外部环境遇到的机遇和挑战,内部的优势与劣势。在上述分析基础上,考虑
公司面临的现状,提出了公司的战略目标、战略原则和战略方案。
通过研究,本论文认为公司未来发展应该利用汽车行业快速发展的大好机会,
改变公司在产品、人力、市场等方面的不足,实施改变战略,达成公司的战略目
标。在产品战略上实施产品差异化,开发更具优势的产品;加大公司改革力度,
降低公司原耗材成本,加强与大型铝企业合作;在强化人力资源管理,打造公司
软实力。
