成本和规模作为制胜的唯一手段。在欧美经济复苏,中国经济放缓,欧美制造业回流本
土,中国制造业逐步升级的大环境下,外资制造企业的核心竞争力受到前所未有的巨大
挑战。单纯的制造业已经不能满足市场经济的需求,而产业单一和产能过剩更是制约企
业核心竞争力提升的瓶颈,企业的转型成为亟待解决的问题,从制造业向服务业的逐步
过渡就成为企业合理转型的关键步骤。同时,中国市场经济发展的低碳经济以及随之而
来的潜力巨大的节能改造为企业带来前所未有的崭新机遇。因此,为企业选择科学合理
的竞争战略,可以使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地,从而实现企业的可持续发展。
本文以上海英格索兰压缩机有限公司为例,深入研究了上海英格索兰压缩机有限公
司的战略选择。首先介绍了英格索兰公司的背景和经营发展状况,其次介绍了国内外有
关企业竞争性战略的理论和研究文献,然后根据国内外有关企业竞争战略的研究综述结
合企业实际数据统计,运用理论工具深入分析企业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁等方
面的状况,最后为企业在激烈竞争中实现可持续发展提出竞争战略选择的建议,同时对
同行业全球性企业在中国市场经济发展背景下的竞争和可持续发展提供了借鉴。
本文在研究中深入分析上海英格索兰压缩机有限公司在经营发展中的劣势和不足
之处,以此作为企业改进和提高核心竞争力的参考和依据。本文提出的上海英格索兰压

As the global market demand trend of diversification and individuation is
more and more obvious, the manufacturing industry is facing the challenge of
globalization, diversification and individuation demand, scale and cost control is
no longer a magic weapon for winning the, manufacturing requires the
development of new, more model. The recovery in Europe and the us economic
slowdown in China, Europe and the United States manufacturing back home,
China's manufacturing environment, escalate foreign manufacturing enterprise's
core competitiveness by unprecedented huge challenge. Simple manufacturing
already cannot satisfy the demand of market economy, and the single and
industrial overcapacity is bottleneck of promoting enterprise core competitiven
ess the transformation of foreign companies from manufacturing to service
industry has become the trend of The Times. At the same time, Chinese market
economy development of low carbon economy, and the resulting huge potential
of energy-saving reform bring unprecedented new opportunities for the
