YL公司内部授权经营管理研究

摘要

由于历史原因,国有企业在生产经营、改革及发展过程中,大多存在体制与机

制不灵活、机构及人员臃肿、市场竞争力弱、效率及效益低下等问题。如何找到一

种简易可行的管理模式规避或解决这些问题,是很多国有企业面临和关心的问题。

本文以YL公司洗涤剂分公司为主要研究对象,通过学习借鉴阿米巴经营理论,

提出采取内部授权经营管理新模式将庞大低效的YL公司内部组织组建成一个个高

效、灵活、独立的经营个体,最大限度地授以权力与责任,激发员工的激情与创造

力,以成本最小化、利润最大化为原则,最终实现企业增效、员工增收的双赢目标。

通过实施案例介绍、分析,总结了在YL公司实施内部授权经营管理所取得旳管理

创新成果。

本文从论文选题背景、研究目的及意义入手,简要介绍了内部授权经营管理及

阿米巴经营相关概念和理论,深入分析了 YL公司经营管理现状及存在问题,提出

了具体的解决方案并加以实施。最后,总结了实施内部授权经营所取得的重要成果,

提出了改进建议及未来相关注意事项。

ABSTRACT

Due to historical reasons, the state-owned enterprises in the production and

management, reform and development process, most of existing system and mechanism

is not flexible,institutions and personnel overstaffed, weak market competitiveness,

efficiency and low efficiency problem. How to find a simple and feasible management

mode to avoid or solve these problems, is facing many state-owned enterprises and

concerned problems.

This paper takes YL company detergent branch as the research object, through the

study of Ameba management theory, proposed cutting take internal authorized

management new pattern will be huge inefficient YL company internal organization into

a highly efficient,flexible, independent business individual, the maximum grant to the

power and responsibility, stimulate the passion and creativity of employees, at cost

minimization, profit maximization as the principle, finally realizes the enterprise

efficiency, employee income win-win goal. Through the implementation of case

description, analysis, summed up the implementation of management innovation

achievements within the authorized management made in YL company.

This paper from the paper selected topic background, the research goal and the

significance to start,briefly introduces the management and Ameba Management related

concept and the theory of internal authorization, deeply analyses the management status

of YL company and the existing problems, propose specific solutions and implement

them. Finally, summarizes the implementation of important results achieved by the

internal authorization management, proposes relevant attentions.
