本文在对固泰公司 SAP 系统第一次实施的情况进行分析的基础上,指出
该系统一次实施存在的问题,对其进行分析,提出相应的解决对策及实施措
施,提出对固泰公司 SAP 系统的二次实施方案,并对 SAP 系统二次实施项
目进行规划等。本文的主要内容有三部分,第一部分是固泰公司 SAP 系统第
一次实施情况,主要是固泰公司及 SAP 系统第一次上线的基本情况。第二部
分是固泰公司 SAP 系统一次实施过程中存在的问题及分析,首先指出系统第
一次运行过程中存在的问题,其次对问题进行分析给出解决措施。第三部分
是固泰公司 SAP 系统二次实施的具体事宜,包括总体规划与设计、前期准备、
业务流程重组、实施风险及防范。

Abstract
With the advent of the information society and the trend of economic
globalization, the enterprise wants to be in competition remain invincible , the
most important task is to enhance the competitiveness of their own, and the
competitiveness of enterprises in addition to competition between products, more
it is the soft environment for the competitive enterprise internal driving force of
competition, enhance corporate internal force is very important on the one hand
is to improve the management efficiency of enterprises, the SAP system emerge
as the times require. Harbin Goodtime Electronics Company Limited (hereinafter
referred to as GT) walking in front of industry, to realize information
management tools to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises an
important role within the company, implementation of SAP management system
and achieved good results. System is the implementation of a sustainable
development process, with the company's business development, the
implementation of SAP system process will show some deficiencies, to improve
the current system problems in the implementation process, the GT company
SAP system two the implementation of the project research.
Based on the GT company SAP system first the implementation on the basis
of the analysis, point out problems of SAP system, and analysis them, give them
some solution measures, and propose a project that give SAP system second
implementation ,and do the planning of reimplementation project. The main
content of this paper has three parts, the first part is the GT Corporation,and SAP
system first analysis of the implementation, the second part mainly introduces
the SAP system first line of the basic situation and the problems existing in the
operation of the branch. First point out the problems existing in the system for
the first time operation, and then analysis these problems and give out some
solution measures. The third part is the GT Corporation SAP system two
implementation details, including the overall planning and design, preparation,
business process reengineering, implementation risk and prevention.
