企业技术创新本身是一个复杂系统,这一系统会在其动态变化过程中受到企业内
部各要素以及外部其他耦合系统的影响。本文聚焦于高新企业技术创新,研究高新企
业技术创新绩效影响因素,并以生物进化视角来分析其动态演化过程及提升路径。本
文首先在对前人研究的梳理和总结基础之上,以高新企业为研究对象进行问卷调查,
采用因子分析、结构方程法,梳理出创新战略、组织结构、资本积累以及企业文化四
个维度来构建并验证高新企业技术创新评价指标,并开发高新企业技术创新绩效评价
量表,然后运用适合度景观理论,在所开发量表的基础上从各技术创新绩效影响维度
入手构建出企业技术创新系统适合度 NK 模型,并结合实证数据进行分析,以适合度
值来反映技术创新绩效,从而构建出企业技术创新系统景观。实证结果显示:(1)要
素之间的协同配合对于高新企业技术创新的提高具有重要意义;(2)尽管系统存在多
条路径可以最终获得最优适合度景观值,但存在一条 0000—0010—1010—1011—1111
的最优路径;(3)以系统的角度审视,要素间的配合可以对企业技术创新系统产生不
同的影响。
本文以系统视角,提出多维度、多角度提升高新企业技术创新绩效的模式及方法,
在高新企业创新策略制定、发展路径选择以及如何在创新网络中通过适应性收缩快速
达到最优绩效等方面给出结论和建议,为解决高新企业技术创新相关问题提供较好的
理论和方法指导,为推进我国高新技术企业可持续健康快速发展提供理论和实证支
持。

Abstract
Enterprise technology innovation is a complicated system, it will be affected of the
elements of enterprise internal and external other coupling system in the process of
dynamic change. This paper focused on high-tech enterprise technology innovation,
researched high-tech enterprise technology innovation performance influence factors, and
analyzed its dynamic evolution and ascension path in evolutionary perspective.
Enterprise technology innovation itself is a complex system; it is affected by the
internal factors and external coupling systems. This paper establishes the NK model for
technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises from the four elements
combined with empirical methods: innovation strategy, organization structure, capital
accumulation and the enterprise culture applying the fitness landscape theory, and responds
to the enterprise technology innovation performance with fitness of system, then gives
some positive suggestions in the following aspects, such as strategies planning, path choice
of enterprise technology development, and how to achieve optimal performance through
adaptive search in innovation networks. First of all, based on combing and summary of
previous studies, I conducted a questionnaire survey about high-tech enterprises. Using the
factor analysis and structural equation method, the paper developed high-tech enterprise
technology innovation performance scale from the aspects of innovation strategy,
organization structure, capital accumulation, and enterprise culture. Then on the basis of the
theory of fitness landscape it built up the NK model for enterprise technology innovation
system from the dimensions of technology innovation performance affecting factors. And
combined with the empirical data, it reflected the performance of technological innovation
through the fitness value, and built the enterprise technology innovation system.
