摘 要
当前,我国的装备制造产业发展面临着较多的问题和挑战,整体产业技能水平不高,
经营管理不科学、不规范等问题突出,无一不影响和制约着我国装备制造业的良性、健
康、稳定发展。同时,辽宁省作为我国传统的老工业基础之一,虽然在历史发展过程中
积累了一定的重工业发展基础,但后续发展乏力,尤其是其装备制造产业发展过程中存
在的问题也较为突出,生产方式较为传统、滞后,粗放式经济增长特点明显,人力资源
管理与人力资本建设不具备竞争力等,这些都成为当前辽宁省装备制造业发展的阻碍。
DZ公司作为辽宁省区域较大型的重工装备制造企业,在长期的发展与市场改制过
程中奠定了一定的行业竞争基础,但自身存在的问题也较多,例如企业缺乏长期发展的
战略规划,内部的经营管理体制、机制不健全、不完善,这些问题的产生既有历史原因,
也有企业管理自身的原因,而其中战略管理不完善、不科学是主要原因。本文以企业战
略管理的相关理论为基础,运用PEST及波特五力模型等分析工具对DZ公司所面对的
外部环境进行了分析,识别了其主要的机会和威胁,同时对DZ公司的内部资源和能力
进行了分析,识别其主要的优势和劣势,进而釆用SWOT分析法构建DZ公司发展战略,
提出了从人才结构、机制创新、业务创新、管理创新四个层面下的相应的战略实施与保
障措施。
本研究范围力求全面、系统,研究对象的选取也力求具有代表性和典型性,在此基
础上,所得出的结论能为包括DZ公司在内的我国装备制造企业的发展研究提供一定的
参考与借鉴。

Research on the Development Strategy of DZ Company
Abstract
At present,the development of equipment manufacturing industry in China is facing
many problems and challenges facing the industry development, skill level of the whole
industry is not high,the management is not scientific,the problems such as nonstandard
projecting, without influence and restrict the benign, healthy, stable development of China's
equipment manufacturing industry. At the same time, Liaoning Province as one of the old
industrial base of China's traditional,although in the process of historical development and
accumulated the development of heavy industry base, but the follow-up development is lack
of power,especially in the development of equipment manufacturing industry in question is
also more prominent,more traditional, backward mode of production, extensive economic
growth characteristics obviously, human resources management and human capital
construction does not have competitive power, these have become the current Liaoning
province equipment manufacturing industry development obstacles.
DZ company is a large heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province,
the development and market reform in the process of long-term laid a certain industry
competition, but its still has a lot of problems,such as lack of strategic planning and
long-term development, management system and mechanism, internal is not perfect, not
perfect, these problems have both historical reason, also has enterprise own reason,and the
strategic management is not perfect, is not science the main reason. Based on the related
theories of enterprise strategic management, the use of PEST and the Potter five forces model
analysis tools in the face of the exterior environment of DZ company are analyzed, identify
opportunities and threats of the main, and the DZ company's internal resources and capacity
analysis, identify the main strengths and weaknesses, and then using SWOT analysis to
establish a development strategy, DZ company, put forward from the personnel structure,
mechanism innovation, service innovation, management innovation from four levels of the
corresponding strategy implementation and guarantee measures.
The scope of this study is comprehensive, system,the selection of the research object to
typical and representative, on the basis of this,the conclusions can provide some references
for China's equipment manufacturing enterprises including the DZ companies.
