随着中国在世界地位的不断提升,传统中成药行业也越来越受到广泛的关注,
而积淀深厚的传统民族制药更是值得挖掘的宝藏。
本文中笔者查阅了大量的民族药地区资料,同时结合自身多年在制药企业丰
富的实践经验,分析了国内制药行业及民族药企业的发展特点,内蒙古大唐药业
有限公司的经营现状,对大唐药业的企业发展战略进行了有针对性的研究,提出
了以道地中蒙药作为大唐药业战略发展方向,重新梳理并扩张“道地中蒙药”的
上下游产业链条。
首先,对制药行业环境进行了分析,重点是国内民族药行业环境,象藏药和苗
药的发展特点及现状,内蒙古民族蒙医药与其他民族药的差距、现状及政府的规
划与政策性支持。
其次,对内蒙古大唐药业有限公司历史及经营现状进行了分析,通过主打产
品与非主打产品的详细分析,利用波特五力的分析工具,发现了企业在发展过程
中所存在的最大问题是战略方向不明确。
再次,通过对中蒙药前景分析和同行业经验分享,运用SWOT等分析工具,得
出了内蒙古大唐药业有限公司“道地中蒙药”产业链发展的战略选择。
最后,对企业新的发展战略的实施做了详细的说明,同时对保障措施进行了
相应的分析。牵头成立了国际蒙医药研究院,重启了百年老字号品牌,推出了焕
然一新的产品,整合多个药材种植基地,规划道地中蒙药的研究与规模化种植,
收集、整理道地中蒙药药材标本,建立科普试验田、标本馆、中试车间,确保了
企业战略落地。

Abstract
As china takes a larger presence in the world, Chinese traditional medicine-a
treasury of Chinese tradition-has drawn a broad attention.
By referring to various traditional medicine literature, combined with years of
experience at pharmaceutical companies, the author reviews china's pharmaceutical/
traditional medicine industry and operations of Inner Mongolian Datang Pharmaceutical
Enterprise. In addition, the author suggests Datang adopts a refined corporate strategy -
focusing on authentic Mongolian medicine and expand along the whole value chain.
First, the author talks about China's pharmaceutical industry, the development of
traditional medicine such as Tibetan and Miao medicine, the gap in growth between
Mongolian and other ethnical medicine, as well as government guidance and support.
Secondly, the author reviews the history and current operations of Inner Mongolian
Datang Pharmaceutical Enterprise and concludes that the biggest problem in the
company is a lack of clearly defined corporate strategy, by utilizing Porter's five forces
analysis on its all product lines.
Third, based on SWOT analysis on Mongolian medicine prospect and industry
knowledge sharing,the author decides that authentic Mongolian medicine should be the
company's strategic focus.
Lastly, the author elaborates on the execution of this new strategy, to name a few,
establishing International Institute of Mongolian Medicine, re-enabling of century-old
brand, introducing new products,integrating medicine plantation base,conducting
Mongolian medicine research and scalable plantation, collecting authentic medicine
plant sample, building up testing pad,sample complex, etc.
