随着经济全球化进程的不断深化,信息技术的迅猛发展,传统的企业经营模式曰益
受到严酷的挑战。为了应对瞬息万变的市场竞争,越来越多的跨国公司开始引入精益管
理的理念和工具。精益管理巳经成为企业降低运营成本,持续改善运营流程,提高经营
效率,持续创新的重要手段。
本文在研究国内外精益管理的专著和论文的基础上,系统地总结归纳了精益管理的
经典理论以及本土化研究成果,在理论研究的基础上重点分析了 A公司全球精益管理模
式和本土化改造的实施过程,在此基础上讨论A公司取得成果和发现的问题,并研究得
出以人为本是精益管理的核心,而组织变革为精益管理本土化的实施起到关键作用。
文章将归纳总结的精益管理本土化理论和A跨国公司实施精益管理模式的案例相
结合,为A公司的精益管理推进提出自己的优化方案,对现有的精益管理本土化理论进
行了补充。最后对精益管理本土化的未来进行了展望。

The Research of Lean Management Localization Application
—Based on the Case of A Company
ABSTRACT
With the development of global economy and technoloty, the traditional management
model increasingly harsh challenges. Many multi-national enterprises invites idea and tools of
lean management in order to reduce operating costs,improve operational processes, enhance
efficiency and continuous innovation for the company.
Based on the study of foreign and domestic monographs and papers of lean management,
this article summarizes the essence of lean management and its localization achievements.
Then it focuses on the process of global lean management implementation in A Company as
well as its lean management localization experiment and discuss their problems and
achievements. Based on the case,this article conclude that people is the core of lean
management, and organizational change plays key role in lean management localization
process.
This article puts forward the prioritization scheme for A Comany based on summarized
theory of lean management. Finally, this article give its own point views to supplement the
defect of the current lean management localization theory and then look into the future of it.
