摘要

薪酬管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分之一,科学、合理的薪酬体系,可以体现

公平、激励、竞争的原则。薪酬体系是否科学、合理也是企业是否能够实现整体发展目

标的关键因素。只有公司具合理的设计薪酬体系,在激励的市场竞争中,才能够有效的

吸引、保留和激励人才,使公司的核心竞争力得以保存。

EM公司是全球最大的企业存储产品提供商、全球第五大软件公司。在全世界五十

多个国家设有办公室。随着EM公司在中国发展,原有的薪酬体系暴露出了许多不适用

中国市场的弊端,员工对此有怨言,工作热情减退,公司发展速度放缓。由于以上原因,

EM公司薪酬体系的重新设计,势在必行。

本文介绍了薪酬体系发展过程中的经典理论,国内外的现状,基于薪酬体系的相关

基础知识,阐述了 EM公司建立新薪酬体系应遵循的原则、设计新薪酬体系的基本程序。

本文对EM公司原有薪酬体系进行分析,指出原有EM公司薪酬体系存在的主要问题,

并对诱发这些问题产生的原因加以剖析,有针对性的釆取相应的薪酬体系的调整措施,

立足于EM公司实际情况,对EM公司进行薪酬体系再设计,从而达到与EM公司发展

现状相适应的目的。

Abstract

Research on Compensation

System of EM company

Abstract

The most important part of the modern human resource is compensation management.A

compensation system with science and logical will present fair,motivation and

compensation.lt is the key point of the human resource even for the whole company. That can

keep the core competition of a company which can not be easily defeated in the marketing.

EM company is the fifth software company and also the biggest IT storage company

allover the world.There are branch office over fifty country.The size of the company getting

bigger, the high speed development exploring more problems, especially on compensation

system.The employee has a lot to be complained which reduce their work passion.The steps

of company has to slow down. In view of these situation,the EM company must redesign the

compensation system.

This paper introduce the development of the compensation theory and the present

situation of the research.Also give an instruction for connotation of the compensation

system,the foundation of the compensation system and the principal of how to redesign

one.By analyzing the situation of EM company compensation system the paper point out the

problems and the cause reasons.On that we can redesign the system.The new system will

focus on the future of the EM company.
