近年来,在金融市场、信息技术、金融理论的深入发展,监管法规变革、市场竞争
加剧、科学技术进步、金融需求增加等因素的共同作用下,以资本充足率为核心的金融
监管促使商业银行调整风险偏好,大力发展低风险的中间业务,使中间业务成为商业银
行新的利润增长点和竞争核心。特别是进入2010年,央行先后上调存贷款基准利率和
存款准备金率,目的是加强流动性管理,适度调控货币信贷政策,商业银行利差收入空
间呈收窄态势,各家商业银行对中间业务的市场竞争必将更加激烈。在如此激烈竞争环
境中,是否具有合理的中间业务竞争策略是关系到辽宁省工商银行(以下简称辽宁工行)
是否具有较强竞争力,是否能够领跑同业的关键所在。因此对辽宁工行中间业务竞争策
略进行深入研究具有重要的实践意义,也可为国内同业银行发展提供一定的借鉴。
文中以市场竞争理论为指导思想,分七个部分进行论述。首先,简要说明了论文研
究背景,介绍了国内外商业银行中间业务发展现状及辽宁工行中间业务基本情况;其次,
介绍了研究所涉及的中间业务概念、竞争理论和银行经营管理理论基础;再次,从辽宁
工行中间业务所处的内、外部环境入手,进行策略定位,并运用市场竞争理论选择竞争
策略;接下来,根据中间业务特点制定了拓展客户群体、扩大区域市场、再造销售渠道、
提升服务质量的竞争策略;最后,通过拟定完整的竞争策略保障体系,确保辽宁工行竞
争策略实施按预定方向进行。

Abstract
In recent years, under financial markets, information technology, further development of
financial theory, regulatory changes,market competition, scientific and technological progress,
financial needs and other factors effected, the core of a capital adequacy ratio of financial
regulation impels commercial banks to adjust risk appetite, to develop low-risk intermediary
business, and intermediary business has rapid development and became a new commercial
bank profit growth and competitiveness of the core. Especially in 2010,the central bank has
raised benchmark deposit, lending rates and deposit reserve ratio, in order to strengthen
liquidity management, appropriate control monetary and credit policy, commercial banks
showed a narrowing of spreads income space situation, the intermediate business of
commercial banks market competition will become more intense. In such a competitive
environment, whether there is a reasonable competitive strategy of intermediary business
competition is the key ring of the core competitiveness, the same trade leader what is related
to Liaoning Industrial and Commercial Bank(Hereinafter referred to as Liaoning
ICBC).Therefore, depth study of business competitive strategy for Liaoning Industrial and
Commercial Bank intermediate business has important practical significance, also for the
development of the domestic banking industry to provide a reference.
In this thesis, the theory of market competition as the guiding ideology, divided into
seven parts discussed; First, a brief description of the background of the thesis, describes the
development of intermediary business of domestic and abroad status and the basic situation of
Liaoning Commercial Bank intermediary business; Second, introduced the concept of
intermediary business involved, competition theory and the theory of bank management;
Third, from Liaoning Industrial and Commercial Bank in which the intermediary business,
the internal and external environment to start, the strategic positioning and use of market
competitive theory,choosing competitive strategy; Forth, according to the present situation of
intermediary business, work out competitive theory to expand customer base and the regional
market, recycle sales channels,improve service quality; Finally, ensure competitive theory of
Liaoning Industrial and Commercial Bank to be in progress on the scheduled direction
