摘要

在曰益激烈的市场经济竞争中,想站稳脚跟近而有长足的发展,充分利用自身的有

利的条件资源,发展壮大自己,无论对于企业还是员工的本人来讲,都是极为重要。

员工工作绩效与企业的发展息息相关,是种相辅相成的依赖关系。员工获得成长进

步,要积极的态度及不懈的努力付出,而员工责任认知对于员工来讲,不仅是做好本职

工作的基本要求,更是锻炼提升自我必经之路。而在此过程中,员工本身的主观幸福感

影响了员工的态度,而企业文化方面上级支持感也影响着员工对付出态度,进而决定员

工下一步行为倾向。

随着整个社会的发展进步,企业更加意识到员工责任认知的重要性,针对员工责任

认知的缺失给予更多的重视。本文通过研究员工的责任认知与员工的工作绩效关联性,

以员工的主观幸福感、上级支持感为中介变量,通过针对江浙沪地区的企业中的员工进

行调查,利用国内外较为成熟的问卷和软件进行统计分析,探讨员工的个人责任认知对

其工作绩效的影响,同时寻找促进员工职业更好发展的主客观因素,并分析讨论,企业

应当创造怎样的条件,在协助员工个人发展的同时最终促进企业的发展壮大。

An empirical study on the relationship between

responsibility cognition and job working performance

Abstract

With increasing development of competitive market economy,No matter enterprise or

individual person who wants to make the great progress of their business in the future must

join the market economy environment actively and take advantage of all kinds of useful

resources, and then become stronger and more powerful.it is more important for staffs

working in one company to know their true working performance ,merit and demerit, to find

their proper career development path in order to improve themselves to face new challenge. It

becomes very important to know how to promote employees' complement of career

development plan, only their employees get great progress, company could has the better

future.

Employees' personal growth have very close relationship with their employer, which is a kind

of mutually reinforcing dependencies, they need to have positive attitude and work hard to get

more ability, employees responsibility cognitive is the basic requirement for their own work,

also is the only way they must pass to get greater success in the future. During this process,

subjective well-being will have impact on their working attitude. Perception of superior

support also can influence evaluation of their behavior which could decide what they will do

in next step. The combined factor will finally influence employee growth and development.

This article study the relationship of employees responsibility cognitive and personal

development, subjective well-being and perception of superior support will be regulated

variable to analyze employee's working performance,based on the questionnaires collected

from many enterprise of Shanghai Jiangsu and Zhejiang province, and then use statistical

software to analyze the all kinds of relationship to understand, how working environment

make more conductive to employee growth, also need to understand how to create better

condition to promote the development of enterprise.
