Abstract
Chinese companies go overseas is the inevitable result for the economy development
rules and through the continuous overseas market broadening, the Chinese companies could
accumulate the international market operation experience and make them stronger and
increase the core competition power comparing with international outstanding companies.
The soaring development of Chinese automotive market helps Chinese automotive parts
suppliers to accumulate the advanced technics. The Chinese companies go overseas which
accordance with the current economy development rules. That's favorable climatic,
geographical and human conditions.
Through the research of overseas investment theories and compare the international
market entry mode from controlling, risk spreading and resource commitment aspects.
Combining the theories with operation,then analyze the global auto interior trim parts market
competition; refer to international market development case of the domestic auto parts
company. Systematically analyze the global auto market development trend and the
outstanding auto manufacturer's development trend to get the conclusion which is the suitable
market for YF and find the potential investment opportunity. Combine with the analysis of YF
